I highly recommend Dr Lauber. I found Dr Lauber on yelp and decided after reading all the amazing reviews of honesty, I called for an appointment for my boyfriend. The doctor spoke to us on the phone which I liked this more then just going through a receptionist (which he does have one but he will come on the phone and speak to you directly). I loved how he had great communication, following up and made it feel personal instead of a standard rushed doctor visit. From the moment we walked in Dr Lauber made us feel so incredibly comfortable and welcomed... We felt like we've been his patient for years. His personality is truly stellar kind, warm, and funny. He made us laugh a lot and had such a great personality, which is so rare to find especially in this area. He has a great sense of humor. He sat down and talked to us and treated and talked to us like friends. What my boyfriend and I appreciated most was his honesty. He educated us on skincare in a way that was clear and realistic. He didn't push unnecessary treatments or products, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense. We came in for a flaky beard and patches and thought we'd need medical grade treatments, he was honest and told us we did not need this and saved us tons of money and time. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to understand their skin, not just treat it. Many doctors would push unnecessary treatments and medicine. He did not. It's rare to find a doctor who is both highly skilled and so personable. We left wanting to come back. We genuinely were so happy with our experience. I'm so grateful we found him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a dermatologist they can trust. Completely worth it!

I was referred by my PCP to see a dermatologist, as a precaution, for an atypical mole located on my back. When anxiously researching dermatologists online, Dr. Lauber caught my attention with his wealth of experience and amazing reviews. I contacted Dr Lauber's office and, surprisingly, was able to speak with Dr Lauber on the phone and was able to have an appointment (with removal for biopsy testing) the very next day. At the appointment, Dr. Lauber took the time to explain his practice, his wealth of experience and the science of moles. After the exam, Dr. Lauber handed me a dollar bill to buy a lotto ticket, saying I won the lottery because the mole was of no concern. Spoiler: I didn't win the lotto, but I now have peace of mind. I highly recommend Dr. Lauber!

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lauber. I came in with a yanked skin tag that needed urgent attention, and he was able to see me the very same day. From the moment I arrived, he was compassionate, friendly, and incredibly communicative. Dr. Lauber took the time to ask thorough questions about my situation and overall health so he could make sure I received the right care without any complications. His professionalism and years of experience were clear—he handled the removal quickly and skillfully, and I felt completely at ease throughout the process. I truly appreciate the level of care he provided. Finding a dermatologist who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring can be rare, and Dr. Lauber exceeded my expectations in every way. 11/24/25 Today I visited Dr Lauber to have a few sebaceous hyperplasia bumps removed and he did an outstanding job. The results look great and the whole experience was smooth and easy. His bedside manner is excellent and he has a great sense of humor that makes you feel comfortable the moment he walks in. He takes his time, explains what he is doing, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. It is rare to find a dermatologist who is both skilled and personable and Dr Lauber checks every box. I highly recommend him and will continue to see him for any future dermatologist needs. If you are looking for someone who delivers great work and makes you feel welcome, he is the doctor to go to.

I would like to thank Jeffrey for his expertise, knowledge, and honesty. I initially set up an appointment to get shave off a mole, but advised me that I should see a different specialist regarding the mole because it is too deep. Despite not getting the mole removed, I am extremely thankful for his recommendation and knowledge because the mole that I had would not have been successfully removed. He even referred to me to a plastic surgeon that would be able to do it for me. Having a reliable, trustworthy, and humorous dermatologist to communicate with me has made me decide to reach out to him from now on if I have any future skin related issues. I really love that you can actually talk to him directly when you call his office. It’s clear he genuinely cares about you, your health, and making sure you’re taken care of the right way. Such a great doctor! Dr. Lauber always puts me at ease with his extensive knowledge of any condition I've come in for, along with his quick wit and supercharged personality. This man clearly loves what he does! My husband and I have both been patients, and my husband actually came with me for a visit today just to hang out with Dr. Lauber - who treats patients like family. We appreciate that he's always trying to save us money with whatever coupons and samples he can provide, and he encourages us to call on weekends to ensure that treatments are making a difference. We drive from North Orange County for visits, and we'll make sure that he is our Dermatologist for as long as his practice is active, or until he recommends someone else.
