I have been at this location before, and the person who did my first injection no longer works there. They made me an appointment with their "master injector," and long story short, she ended up severely over injecting, one side of my face, to the point where a lot of motion on one side and lumpiness and drooping on another period I called them and reached out to their management, I sent videos and pictures, and I gave them literally over a week to try to rectify this situation, but the best they could offer me was a free Hydro facial. It ended up costing me another hundred dollars to just fix what they messed up, and my results are lacking at best. My face is frozen, and now I have to wait a few months in hopes that it will go back to normal. I can’t speak to their other services, but if you’re looking to get Botox here, I highly suggest you don’t. I am beyond disappointed in the results, but more importantly, how management handled the situation. How did the injector reach out to me and tried to get her to move things over. She even said she would reach out to me and check on me in a few days and she did not. Not going to post pics of my face here, but I do have all of the pictures and texts and videos so if anyone wants to reach out directly to me, feel free.

Loved this place!!! This was my first time getting fillers under my eyes and Melanie made my experience so pleasant with her cheerful and very friendly personality. My RN was Heather and she was just as comforting and professional and gentle as can be especially cause this was my first time. My experience was wonderful. I was accommodated with an appointment that would work for me. Denise is wonderful and cheerful. I appreciated that my appointment was actually on time. I have been in other offices where I show up at my appointed time and have to wait. Pure Beauty Med Spa is not only professional but very friendly. I was explained in detail of my procedure. I was curios about other procedures and Denise took the time to explain. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless my injection was . Jennifer is a PA and had much experience in this field . I felt extremely confident and comfortable with Jennifer. She has a soft touch. I barely felt the injection. I had no bruising and actually went shopping with no sign that I had injections. I totally will recommend Pure Beauty Med Spa . It's very rare that you can actually trust someone with your face. I will be returning.

So I went to purebeauty in Newport. And I traveled all the way from New Mexico 3 times. I got the R. F microneedling done on my face and my first 2 times went fabulous. But for my last time, which was my third and final treatment, My face had a very bad reaction almost like if it was infected in every single needle mark that she made. I'm not sure if it was not a sterile setting or what And we just are spreading bacteria or what happened. But I was very disappointed that they didn't reach back out to me. They didn't check on me disnt give me any advice on what to do furture . They didn't even offer a active treatment and I. Also didn't like that when I got examined by the actual doctor she only examined you through a video. Not in person. I felt like when someone is looking at your skin. If you are a good candidate, they should be seen it in person I. Hey, mixed feelings about this please. All I can say is no matter how nice a person is. Or how nice of places you should really do your research extensively. I was a planning on getting the RF micronidaling. I went in originally for fillers in my lips. And they had a discount going their sales rep kinda talked me into getting it. And I wanted to get it but like I said. I had a very bad experience and now I'm very fearful of doing anything more in the future. Also I literally have been in hiding and not going anywhere because my skin is so bad. I got my last session in September and its now December and I have not went out annnywhere. It's very depressing and I'm very upset about my experience here.

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH CHARGING people $20,000 and not refund me .They claim I used all of the treatments,a Big fat lie! They charged my one card which they said wasn't working while I was getting poked .I gave them another card ,they claimed they had great deals and didn't mention price. They put no refund on the credit statement, when I saw how much they took out of my card I almost passed out. I have money but you have to be a billionaire to afford this horrible business! If anyone else has been taken advantage of place contact me .The sculptra ruined my lower facelift,$35,000 down the drain.I will happily spend as much time as Possible to have this con job closed down
