I’ve seen Dr. Helton twice now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care. He cleared up my skin issues quickly and was extremely proactive about checking my skin health. I was a Lifeguard at Huntington State Beach for 12 years and I’m a redhead, so I’ve had plenty of sun exposure, and it’s reassuring to finally have a dermatologist who takes that seriously. I've been going to this dermatology office for over 5 years and truly can't say enough good things—especially about Sarah the PA and her amazing assistant Mel. I deal with adult acne and they've both been so kind, helpful, and patient over the years. Just this past week I had a huge cyst pop up out of nowhere, and Sarah worked her magic and it basically disappeared. She also does my skin cancer checks (my dad had it, so it’s something I take seriously), and I always feel confident that I’m in good hands with her. Mel is the absolute sweetest and always makes me feel comfortable. The entire office staff is also fantastic—friendly, efficient, and just overall a great experience every time. So grateful for this team!

I’ve been going here for years! Sarah is definitely the acne whisperer! Not just for myself but now also for my 15 year old daughter. It’s always super easy to schedule and everyone is always nice and pleasant in the office. I love that they don’t try and give me a bunch of treatments I don’t need, but genuinely listen and find solutions that work for me.
