I had an amazing microblading experience with Reem. She was extremely professional and her knowledge of the entire process was excellent, which made me feel very comfortable and confident. She is truly skilled at mixing colors to create the perfect shade for your skin and brows. I had previous work done on my eyebrows, and Reem blended everything flawlessly—it looks so natural and even. I definitely recommend Biology MD, and Reem is absolutely amazing!

I booked a consultation for hair loss treatment @ Biologi MD spa. What a WASTE of my money and time. During the consultation I was told the PRP treatment percentage of success rate was about 85%. Figured thats a good rate additionally the staff said most men see results within months. The first day the staff took alot of pictures of my scalp. And every time I had a treatment done (every month) they would take pictures of my scalp. By the 3rd treatment the staff said "oh yes, you have baby hairs growing". WHAT A HUGE LIE!!!! During the 6 month treatment never did the staff discuss the progress nor showed me the pictures of the progress, because they knew this crappy treatment was only stealing my $$$ and it wasn’t working at all. Through the 6 month process the tech asked me a few times, are you using Finasteride, Monaxidil? The tech said it helps the treatment be more effective. The professionalism is nonexistent at this Biologi MD SPA. Dont get me wrong very friendly staff, however the knowledge and expertise is nonexistent. I know my review may seem harsh, however I hope Biologi MD spa re-evaluates the services they provide because the treatments are NOT CHEAP. I believe that if they were truly professional and proactive they would have said this treatment is NOT WORKING on this poor person. He came to us for help, trusted us and he paid thousands of dollars and there’s NO RESULTS. Lets think to see how we can best help this person. Nope they kept saying "oh yes, I see baby hairs" damn liars.

I’ve been coming to Biologi for a couple of years now and I love this place. The staff is always so friendly and sweet at check in. The nurses here are always up to date on trends and always make you feel safe and at ease and give you the best results. I had the pleasure of getting my recent treatments done with the owner and she is a gem, I loved her! So glad I found this place and will continue to come here for all of my treatments.

Went there for a hybrid CO2 consultation for my face. Told The Lady my specific concerns and she said that procedure would not benefit me. I appreciated that, but she then went on to emphasize treatment treatments for my neck. Even after I told her, my neck does not bother me or concern me, she still was determined to make me get something done on my neck, whether I wanted to or not.
