Preferred Dermatology - McKinney

So happy I chose this location and will definitely continue to see them when needed. After months of seeing other doctors and treatments that didn’t improve my condition I decided to go here and they were able to properly diagnose after my first visit. Provided treatment and honestly the first place I felt they actually listened to everything I was concerned about. Everywhere else it felt like doctors only heard a fraction of what I had to say. It meant a lot to actually find someone who listened, provided answers to all of my questions and didn’t rush me out the door. Even though my results weren’t what I had hoped, I still felt relief and it would be quite manageable. All the staff were kind to say the least. Easy to talk to, great communication and affordable. Thankful to have a go-to when needed 🙏

I love this office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and professionally. Melissa took me back to the room and was friendly and comforting. I saw Dr. Christi Bailey, and she could not have been better! She listened to my concerns and along with a medication, samples and good advice, she covered each issue I had. She was warm and friendly and so helpful. I had been to a dermatologist previously for the same issues and they threw a few samples at me and patted me on the head. They had no interest in helping me. I will returning to them! are awesome!

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. My wait time was short, the nurses were very polite, answered all my questions and took the time to make sure I understand how to care for my post procedure. My Dr. Was amazing! Friendly, and professional. She gave me her recommendations, pros and cons and gave me the time to decide. I will be going back!

As always, Christie Bailey was kind, professional and efficient in taking care of our dermatology needs, as was the front desk check-in and check-out. Even though we moved to Denton, we remain customers of the McKinney office. We recommend them.

I came here years ago when Dr. Darby was around and decided to come back recently — best decision I’ve made. The front desk lady was super friendly and got me in the next day. The nurse was great, and Dr. Usman Assad was incredible. I’ve seen other dermatologists trying to get something removed from my eyelid, but none compare. He’s definitely a top-notch doctor. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Christina Baileys for many years. Trust her judgement 💯! Never a long wait. Brought my 93 year old dad several years ago with a serious issue and they were so patient and gentle with him. So thankful for medical staff that really care ❤️

The whole experience was excellent . I had to reschedule and that was no problem it was handled quickly and professional. The check-in was quick . The staff were friendly and very helpful . Dr. Bailey is best . Very professional and answers you questions in terms you can understand . Great experience.
