Dr. Ritchie is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He generally seems to care about his patients in thoroughly enjoyable. Glad I found him to take care of me.

My appointment was during some bad weather and they were every proactive and communicative in rescheduling. When I went for my appointment, they were friendly and punctual in processing me for the appointment and in starting at my scheduled time. The Doctor was efficient and thorough. All in all, an excellent experience.

Casey Portillo is awesome! She is so sweet, caring, professional, and thorough. I’ve been a patient of hers for years! And now, so is my young adult son. He feels very comfortable with her as well. All the staff I have come in contact with have been so friendly and easy to work with as well. A great office.

I brought my teenage daughter here for some common adolescent skin concerns, and we saw Teresa Gottfredson. She was exceptionally kind and patient, taking the time to speak to my daughter in a way she could easily understand and feel comfortable. During our visit, I noticed a sign for same-day Botox and inquired about it, Teresa was able to accommodate me right away, which I really appreciated. The entire office staff is friendly, energetic, and welcoming. I even had to stop by early one morning around 7:30 a.m. to pick up something I had left behind, and everyone was still cheerful and helpful. We truly love this office and highly recommend it!

Dr. Jonathan Richie and his entire staff have completely changed the way I feel about going to the doctor. From my very first visit, I felt like more than just a patient—I felt like family. Scheduling appointments has been so easy and stress-free, which I really appreciate with my busy schedule. Dr. Richie takes the time to really listen and explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. He never rushes through appointments, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients’ well-being. What really stands out to me is how happy and helpful the entire staff is. Every interaction feels sincere—they’re not just going through the motions. Whether it’s a quick check-in or a longer appointment, I always leave feeling supported and cared for. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Richie and his amazing team. They’ve built something special here, and I’m so grateful to be one of their patients.

This office is great from the time you check in until you check out. Very friendly and organized. Ashley is very knowledgeable and explains everything so you feel comfortable. Would highly recommend this office.
