Update: Updated Review: I'm updating my previous 1-star review to reflect the excellent follow-up from this practice. While we experienced a long wait time during our appointment (scheduled for 12:30 but the provider didn't arrive until 1:20), the office manager reached out to me personally to address my concerns. She was genuinely concerned and assured me they are implementing internal processes to prevent this from happening again and to improve communication about delays. I truly appreciate that Dr. Sulkin and the entire practice are committed to providing the highest level of service. When the provider did see my daughter, he took his time, explained things thoroughly, and was attentive to her needs. Thank you to the office manager for taking the time to listen and for the practice's dedication to continuous improvement. This kind of responsive customer service makes all the difference. **The only reason for giving a 1-star review is the long wait time. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr. Selkin is an outstanding doctor and yet so down to earth that I feel at ease asking questions. He always takes the time to answer thoroughly. Excellent facility!
