Very Disappointing Experience – Waste of Money I had an extremely disappointing experience at this skin med spa in McKinney. I went in for underarm chemical peeling even though I already had very minimal pigmentation. The staff strongly pushed me to take a package of 3 sessions for $999, promising visible improvement. After completing the sessions, there was absolutely no noticeable change. Not even a minor improvement. When you’re paying almost $1,000, you expect some results — but I got none. What bothered me most was how convincing and persuasive they are at the beginning. They make it sound like the treatment is necessary and guaranteed to work. Once the money is paid, the experience completely changes, and there is zero accountability for results. This felt like a complete waste of money, and I regret trusting their recommendations instead of my instincts. I honestly feel they oversell treatments that aren’t needed just to make money. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially for pigmentation treatments. Please be very careful — don’t let them talk you into expensive packages. In the end, you may just lose your money with nothing to show for it.

Brandy did my first IPL and there was nothing to worry about. She explained everything and was very gentle. Already excited about results over the next few weeks.

I had my second laser hair removal session with Veer today and I love love the results and the atmosphere. Very clean and serene😊 Veer is a miracle worker believe me when I tell you she is the Best...she is very patient and kind not to mention she is transforming my face with the Fotona 4d treatments..Ladies if you want to take 10 years off your face then Veer at Skin Med Spa is the one who can do it. I might also add it is affordable considering the Results!!! I'm just getting started and can't wait for my next treatment 🙌❤😎

I’ve had a few IPL sessions to address the sun damage on my face and neck, and they have all been amazing. Great results for a reasonable price. Arianna is a pro and does a great job. If you’re thinking about booking here, it’s definitely worth it!

I had my last session of LHR at Skin Med spa yesterday. 5 out of 6 sessions was done by the technician Ariana. She is very good at what she does, very knowledgeable and gracious. She answers all your questions and concerns and offers her guidance whenever needed. Highly recommend Arianna.

Brandy is absolutely amazing! She listens to all of your concerns and she has so much knowledge about what she does to help make you feel at ease during your entire appointment. 11/10 recommend!
