🖤 February 04 , 2026 🖤 Provide Dental is a convenient dental - care service provider , nestled in downtown St . Louis , Missouri . Recently , the staff changed . This is my second time being seen at this dental clinic . Mrs . TaLisa Glover , RDH , has seen me today . Mrs . TaLisa has informed me of dental hygiene issues that other dental practitioners had failed to relay over to me in my time being here on earth . You will receive good care by Mrs . TaLisa and her assistance aiding her . You will feel comfortable and taken care of . Be honest with you Dental Doctor about your dental hygiene routine . Every little detail counts . Besides , dentists know if you’re not brushing enough , or flossing like you need to . Dental doctors are here to take care of you . The office itself has some chairs for several people to sit . I went at a time where no one was there . So it was quite nice with the music ambiance in the background . The receptionists are kind and patient with you . They will speak with you , just be respectful and kind towards the staff . I was sent on my way with my prescription home , Mrs . TaLisa was very thorough with me and future follow - ups . Your dental health matters and , I felt that I was very cared for my dental health today !

I gave them 5 stars - but I was wrong! I went in for a cleaning, made an apt and was seen the very next day! All they did was x-rays, billed several hundred dollars and said I needed an insurance reauthorization for the cleaning, and then they’d get me right in. Sounds great so far…..but I was wrong! My insurance gave me the authorization within a few days for the deep cleaning. When I called to make the appointment, I was told there’s a 3 month waiting list and the desk clerk asked if I wanted my name added - such a waste of time! I’ll find someone else who can manage to do a basic teeth cleaning in an appropriate amount of time.

Kelly the dental tech is great, patient with explanation of all thats happening with current visit and what to expect from future visits. Amazing bedside manor. Dr. Lee as well. Deann (De)at the front desk is an absolute gem. Very helpful and empathetic. Would recommend to anyone in need of professional dentistry, with clean environment & compassion. State insurance is accepted and procedures not covered by insurance no problem. De is willing to help find a solution with financing and versatile payment options. Glad I found this dental office with competent staff quality care.

The best service I’ve ever experienced in dentistry. Everyone was very welcoming I appreciate The Hygienist TaLisa and Shon they were so helpful and supportive I left with tears of joy each time I’ve been so far . They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make certain you’re receiving the best treatments and knowledge possible. I look forward to switching my family to Provide Dental where I know for sure we will be taken care of. Again thanks so much for being so kind and getting my confidence back with fixing my oral health and getting me back on track!

My first appointment was fine last year, i felt confident returning for my next cleaning. I had them schedule my next appointment...show up today and she said my insurance won't cover until its been 6 months ...which makes sense...but then why did they schedule me 9 days short? Someone apparently needs to learn to count because she said its been happening all week. Im beyond irritated as I have to take off work on top of driving 30 mins to this location while also paying someone to watch my child. Just an unproffessional experience this go round. We shall see when I go back next month

I love my experience at Provide Dental! It was my first visit and the team was amazing. My dental assistant Kelly was awesome 🫶🫶. They comfort me in my stressful moments, the team made sure my baby was safe, comfortable and attentive while the dentist worked on me. I had an awesome dentist ‼️ I was so nervous and he did an Amazing Job‼️ I have so much work that need to be done, it's someone of an uncomfortable situation and the dentist did his thing ‼️ I would recommend any and everybody to come here‼️ Kelly was so down to earth and firm and made my experience great. I love how the receptionist make sure the customers are satisfied, they do research for you and ensure that you're satisfied.
