Delta Dental of Missouri

We're forced to give them a star?? What about zero stars?? This is the worst company ever. They deny for no reason, gaslight, and lose faxed paperwork. They expected us to--and the dentist--to know that Missouri customers need to send information to Wisconsin now (?) They do not have an option to email paperwork (that would be too convenient for the customer.) We are currently being held hostage by them. Of course, their ability to take money from us is working just fine.

I had the worst experience with Delta Dental insurance. I had one of my tooth filled and the insurance didn’t cover their part. Although it was a simple filling ,they made some excuses that we don’t have the X-ray while my clinic sent them the X-ray several times.

Hands down, the worst insurance experience I've ever had. And it's not even close. Literally every single time my kid goes to the dentist I have to call Delta Dental of Missouri and spend an hour on the phone convincing them to pay the claim. To be clear, I have nothing bad to say about the customer service folks that answer the phone. It's not their fault. But if I was paid my hourly wage for the amount of time I've spent on the phone trying to convince Delta Dental of Missouri to do THEIR job, I wouldn't NEED insurance.

Thanks to Delta Dental of Missouri’s generous support, MDHA’s President’s Reception was a night to remember! Over 60 hygienists and students came together to network, celebrate, and build lasting connections. For many of the SFCC dental hygiene students, this was their very first MDHA event and they left feeling welcomed, inspired, and excited about their future in the profession. Your donation didn’t just fund a reception, it created an experience that brought our community closer, sparked mentorship opportunities, and energized the next generation of dental hygienists.

We are excited to receive a grant of 1,000 toothbrushes from Delta Dental of Missouri. We will happily put them in the hands of children in early 2026 at MLK Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, and more. Delta Dental has been a wonderful, supportive partner to EdVenture Children's Museum in Columbia an Myrtle Beach, SC.

Delta Dental of Missouri was kind enough to donate 200 toothbrushes to our organization to help provide basic necessities to the abused, abandoned and neglected children in the Midlands. We appreciate your generosity so much!

We are so grateful to Delta Dental for their incredible generosity in donating 300 toothbrushes, 300 tubes of toothpaste, and 300 packs of floss to our Fostering Hope Closet! 🦷💙 These essentials will go directly to Missouri children and youth in foster care, ensuring that every child has access to the basic tools they need for good health and confidence.
