The dental visit was a truly comforting experience, thanks to the friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable staff who guided me through the process of setting up my appointment, taking x-rays, and conducting the examination. Leaving there, I not only had a great smile but also felt sincerely cared for and confident in the care I received. Dr. Patel and her team at Premier Dental Associates, in downtown St. Louis are always thorough, professional, and capable. They are excellent at client care and treatment. The only negative was the fact that 9th street Parking Garage changed there system recently and refused to accept the validated vouchers from Premier Dental Associates. 12/11/2025 - at the Ninth street parking garage.

II went to the office to pay a $2000 bill and asked about a senior discount (I’m 86). The fellow said no dental office gives discounts. I told him that wasn’t true. He said I was ‘rude’. I went to this office 18 months ago and was quoted $2100 for a new partial. I told him (James) that was too muck and turned to leave. James quickly said they could do it for about $1500 with discounts. I still left and went to Downtown Dental where I did get a senior discount. Not Happy Rude

Its great the people make you feel really comfortable. Unlike other dentist you don't have to worry about being poked they are really gentle and they are really good with making jokes from time to time.
