Saint Louis Dental Studio

I had my first visit with them last month and really enjoyed the experience. They were very efficient, kind, thorough, and quick with the cleaning. However, since that visit I have reached out 5 times, by email, phone, and text, to discuss whether I have an outstanding balance but have not received any response nor a bill from them. I paid in full during the visit so I was not expecting to owe anything else but received something from my insurance company that the visit was not 100% covered. That happens, not particularly surprised by that with UHC. I wanted to clarify whether/what I potentially owe and pay whatever was due. The first attempts were around the holidays (before and then after) so a quick turnaround wasn't expected but 2+ weeks with no response each time felt a little excessive. Maybe they're short staffed with the holidays, maybe neither message went through. That also happens. During a follow up call, the receptionist stated they would have a manager reach out. I asked to be contacted thru email since I am hard of hearing (hearing aids) and lengthier phone calls can be difficult for me to understand/get through. The receptionist seemed unsure whether my previous messages went through which would explain no response. 3+ weeks later, I still have not been contacted since the call and it has been well over a month since my first attempt to reach out. Again, I had a great experience during the appointment but have not been able to get in touch with anyone since then. It soured me to the point that I canceled an upcoming appointment. If I have a bill, no one has made an attempt to collect on it despite my multiple attempts to figure out if I even have a balance due and if so,how much.

Finding a new dentist is never easy but I found my new dental team from front desk to office chair and back. Everyone was top-notch, friendly, helpful and sensitive to my Individual needs. Pleasant building and waiting area. Child friendly. Parking. Great assistance with insurance and billing. Truly all around they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend St. Louis Dental Studio!

I wish my family and I had found Saint Louis Dental Studio sooner! The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the staff — from the front desk to the dental assistants and doctors — are incredibly kind and make you feel right at home. They truly make going to the dentist something you can look forward to. As a new patient, I’ve genuinely enjoyed my visits thus far, and I believe I’ve officially found my dental home!

Just finished the multi-step dental implant process. I could not have been more confident with Dr. Pyle's caring expertise and professionalism all along the way. He always took great care to explain what he was doing and what it might feel like inside my mouth. Any staff person I encountered was equally caring and professional. I cannot recommend this practice enough for routine dental care or for the not-so-routine.

Been going there for years, and always specifically ask each year if my plan is in-network for them. They told me yes again last year, but the truth was that my plan was now out-of-network for them. So even though they told me otherwise, they are now denying responsibility for the miscommunication and are trying to make me pay the amount that my plan didn't cover. Needless to say, I won't be visiting there again. Remember to always get confirmation of in-network status in writing, preferably by electronic communication. That will protect you from surprise medical bills.

I've now been seen by 3 of the dentists in the office each one has a wonderful personality that adds comfort and value to my visits. Dr. Greene is very funny and thorough. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of them as far as going to the dentist. They all have been very attentive to my needs and concerns. I have all questions answered in a language I can understand. I recommend these dentists to anyone who needs a good dentist. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. All of the assistants are more then empathic to your needs. Thank you for St Louis dental studio, I like to give a big shout out to Chesterfield dental studio as well!!!!!

I recently became a patient at St. Louis Dental Studio, and every visit has been a great experience. The front office staff is incredibly efficient and organized, and the hygienists and doctors are all fantastic. I have high anxiety, and the entire team has been so kind and patient with me. I highly recommend St. Louis Dental Studio!
