I called the switchboard operator was rude disrespectful and considerate and how my money she said they're not 24 hours nor are they open on weekends they can scheduleFor Monday morning or afternoon that should be false advertisement and they should have to correct us.

Horrible. The lady I talked to was very rude and wouldn’t answer my questions, she then hung up on me, when I called back they refused to answer the phone and had me on hold for over an hour before I hung up. I wouldn’t trust them with my life

I just got off the phone with the receptionist she was rude and personal she showed no compassion she was more fixed on using the job to speak on things that’s not in her job description, like telling me how much it will cost in a way like I don’t have the money pay, the rudeness was in her voice, then when I decided to not go forward with scheduling she hung the phone up fast,

Any business could title itself as an "emergency" service provider and just hire a call center to tell people you're closed until 9 a.m. Dumbest idea ever.

Front desk lady was very rude.

So last time i tried to go for an emergency walk in they told me that they had set times for when they let people in and they only do 10 people at a time. Called to figure out what those set times was and instead was sent to 1-800 dentist who had no idea what i was talking about. What are the times ?? I dont wanna just walk in and be turned down because i missed it and i really need to get this taken care of

Waste of time not true walking or 24/7 make an appointment 🙄
