Downtown Dental Associates

Wow! What an amazing experience I had with Downtown Dental Associates. From start to finish they made me feel comfortable and at ease. My dentist was amazing. He laughed. Who laughs these days?😁 the office a staff were friendly, the dental assistant was wonderful (she even brought me magazines to read while I waited. If you are looking for a professional dental office who will take great care of you, Downtown Dental Associates is IT.

My husband has been a patient at Downtown Dental for over a year. I watched as he received excellent care from the staff. So impressed, I changed my dental plan and doctor to get same treatment. Been twice this month already! My first treatment I received the best cleaning in life. She was diligent in her care for me, very professional and a true perfectionist. Today I went back for Dental work from Dr. Luedeke, he was above and beyond what anyone could expect, far exceeding my last Dental experience from previous visits. Thank you to the Downtown Dental team for making me feel comfortable, even while sitting in dental chair (the massaging chair helped)! Actually looking forward to my next visit.

I had a phenomenal experience with Downtown Dental. I came in with some extensive and long term problems, and Dr. Luedeke was incredibly understanding and knowledgeable. He was caring and listened to my concerns and didn’t ignore a single thing I said. Not to mention, his extensive experience and clear ability. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I cannot recommend this dentist enough for any care you may be in need of.

I am new to the St. Louis area and have visited this office twice and both times were pleasant. The dentist, front desk and hygienists are friendly and accommodating. I actually had an old filling replaced and deep cleaning done today and the dentist and his assistant were so kind and made sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. It really wasn't as bad as I thought and he did a wonderful job. He's thorough but works quickly!

I just left from my very very first appointment, but I think it was the best dental experience I've had thus far in my 24 years. I was blessed with a great Orthodontist, but was never ever fond of my family dentist back home. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Downtown Dental Associates recently. They got me right in, made the whole process from in to out quick and painless, and everyone was very accommodating to my questions. And the cherry on the top, everyone is extremely friendly! I highly recommend. (Oh, and it's on the 17th floor of the old Laclede Building Downtown, so the view is phenomenal.)

Excellent staff, very friendly. I went in for a cleaning and to check for cavities. My teethe never been cleaner and my cavities were so minimal that the procedure the suggested was a laser, which means no injection! I enjoyed a view of the arch/downtown, as well some fun conversation with Melonie dental hygienist, while getting my teethe cleaned. Nothing but good things to say about my visit and actually look forward to my followup. I strongly recommend Downtown Dental to anybody.

12 Jun 2023 The experience was ok. Not the best experience I've had with a dental hygienist, but not the worst. The experience with the dentist was the best I've had, but it's such a short time which is why I can only give 3 stars. This time they gave me toothpaste, toothbrush, and floss. Last time I went they didn't do I just thought they don't do that. I think the onboarding needs to be better. My last dentist had an online portal where I filled out information prior to coming. That was great and saved me time instead of sitting in an office trying to remember something when I have 15 minutes. So that needs to be changed because part of my first visit was just the hygienist asking me questions. Then there is the front office I don't know what to say just need empathy. I remember calling asking about insurance and they were rude. The total experience is not what I want to deal with, but it's just ok. 20 Feb 2023 The dentist was pretty thorough and asked questions that were a bit new to me that showed care and concern. Office seemed a bit outdated with using paper forms for filling out information. I've been use to using a tablet for far too long at my old dentist. The onboarding process could be a bit better, for example my last dentist allowed me to answer questions about my home care prior to the appointment. Lastly, it would have been nice to know I had a co-pay for x-rays prior to coming I was under the impression that was counted as preventative care.
