I want to publicly thank Dr. Han, her assistants, and the office staff for the service we received yesterday. My son needed an emergency procedure done and they were able to take him same day. This is an update to the previous review I wrote a week ago: Yesterday (11-21-24), I took my son for a second visit to Precision Dental Partners after they contacted me regarding my disappointment on the first visit. The office staff suggested that we could go in again and try out a different dentist. To begin with, I would like to say thank you to Dr. Han, for reaching out to me in regards to the first visit experience. She was understanding and empathetic towards the situation. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and professionalism. It meant a lot, and it was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, I was extremely satisfied with my son's visit with Dr. Moon. He was very friendly and welcoming. He also explained everything about my son's oral health care thoroughly and in detail. He mentioned that his teeth were clean and that he was a good patient. Just outstanding service, in general! The hygienist who cleaned his teeth did a fantastic job as well. She was also friendly towards him, which put him at ease. Overall, the second time experience at Precision Dental Partners resolved any issues I previously had. Even my son told me he loved his dental visit. Thank you to the entire staff for caring and providing solutions to resolve any issues. Thank you for your exceptional service. PREVIOUS REVIEW (11-14-24): I took my 6 year old son to Precision Dental Partners in Palatine because of the great reviews I read online. And a bonus was that they are so close to my home! I thought I finally found a dental office that would provide satisfactory service for my son. However, I left very disappointed. After having his x-rays taken, Dr. Han cleaned his teeth for all of 2 minutes. Yes, only 2 minutes!! I know he's a child, but it was such a rush job and I actually felt cheated! I really wanted to love this place, but I will not be returning.

I absolutely love Dr. Gina Han! She is incredibly gentle, thorough in her explanations, and genuinely cares about her patients. I used to dread dental appointments, but after seeing Dr. Han, that fear is completely gone. Her gentle touch and meticulous work have made all the difference. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and the office environment is clean, comfortable, and calming. I truly feel cared for every time I visit. Needed to find a closer/ local area dentist for my family than my last dentist. Happen to come across Precision Dental Partners after an extensive search. Office staff was very polite and helpful over the phone and in person. Dental hygienist was very nice and gentle. Dr. Moon was great, very informative with the xrays and down to earth. Gave me the sense that everyone there cares for my well being and was able to get me in and out quickly. I'll definitely go back and refer my family to this practice as well.

Dr. Han did a great job with both of my teenagers during a couple of recent checkup appointments! She was extremely professional, and I really appreciated how she explained everything clearly to them - it really made them feel welcomed and respected. After the checkups she briefly summarized their conditions to me, and she answered all of my questions about how they should continue taking care of their teeth thoroughly. Highly recommend for expert, personal care!
