Honestly, I would not recommend bringing your kids here. I called ahead to schedule my children’s 6-month cleanings and specifically asked if my two kids with braces needed to have their wires removed beforehand. I was told no, so I went ahead and scheduled the appointment. When we came in, they finished my son’s cleaning (he has braces). Knowing how easy it is for plaque to build up with braces, I checked his teeth afterward and noticed visible plaque still behind them. I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, and was I told they would redo the cleaning. What frustrated me most is that they were very quick to point out that he "needed sealants," yet they hadn’t even ensured his cleaning was done properly. When my son was called back, the dentist came in and started cleaning while asking me if it looked better!!! which was surprising, since a dentist should know whether a cleaning is done correctly. I pointed out a spot on his back molar that still looked like plaque. The dentist said that it was buildup, it should have been removed with the polisher, basically admitting the polishing hadn’t been done properly. She then cleaned the area and changed her explanation, saying it wasn’t buildup but "something else," which felt like an assumption rather than a clear answer. During this second cleaning, I could tell my son was in pain. I will not be bringing my kids back. If you are already a patient here, I strongly suggest you make sure your cleanings, especially for children with braces are being done thoroughly and correctly. After writing this review, I noticed several low reviews and that many of the 5-star reviews appear to be incentivized with gift cards, which raises concerns about how genuine the ratings are.

Dr khan or w.e her name is on mondays could care less if you’re in pain or not I sat in her chair in pain and she couldn’t even stand in front of me to talk to me stood by her computer I had to turn to look at her she couldn’t give me options didn’t do anything to help I asked twice to extract my teeth she didn’t want to because I wouldn’t be able to eat now I’m in excruciating pain I can’t eat or sleep because of the infection luckily I found a way better dentist by me that took out my tooth same day I went as a new patient they tried consulting the other dentist gave me meds and palatine Dr khan once again could care less. I had to practically beg for meds that didn’t even help this could’ve been prevented if she would’ve atleast checked me when I went she didn’t even check me at all what so ever last time I was in …. Teeth are so important and can cause health problems and for them to act careless like it’s not their problem is so frustrating… clearly they go for a check they forgot what the whole point of being a Dr was ….

I have been coming here for maybe 4-5 years. They have taken care of me and my two daughters. We always have a great experience because every staff member is kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you Sonrisa!!!

Awesome dentist my family has been coming here for years and now I bring my kids as well they are pretty quick with getting you in for emergencies highly recommend

Near Palatine, IL 60074 Very Good Place Was Perfect For My Dentist Appointment

Coming in I was greeted with a smile and was passed very quickly. The head assistant Brenda did her job with a good attitude and promptly. All of my questions were answered and I was assured everything would go smoothly to which it did. Dr. Obaidi did a great job as well making sure my cavities were well taken care of. Overall the service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend.

This place was recommended by a family member. I live 35 minutes away but it is worth my drive. The front desk was super friendly and accommodating. They were extremely patient and were able to work with my schedule. Everyone is so inviting, personable and professional. I’ve recommended to my family and friends and will continue to cone here.
