Dr Jacobs is a great addition to the staff. Had a filling and he was patient and caring to make the numbing process as pain free as possible. I like dr Britten as well. She’s made a crown for me custom in the office and I had my implant with her (it worked out great). They also will detail and have you sign and itemized list of the estimated costs before you go ahead with a procedure which is good for both the patient and doctor office.The staff in the front removers me and us very kind. Overall great experience there. The hygienists for the dental cleanings are great and help me figure out how to do home care better and are overall have wonderful bedside manner. I’m glad I came to this practice a few years ago

This place is a god send. They are truly a no judgement zone. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a very long time and they have made the process of starting to care for my oral health easy and painless 10/10 recommending this place to everyone I know looking for a new dentist.

I am beyond grateful to the Staff here . They understood my fear and anxiety with Dental care. From the front desk , to the dental assistant, dental hygienist and the Doctor. First time going to Palatine Dental Associates and everything went great. They answered all my questions and everyone was extremely polite. Will definitely be my long term dentist.

I detest going to the dentist, however nemesis caught up with me when I had this unbearable pain for 4days. I called Palatine Dental Associates and explained how I was feeling. The front desk staff was really compassionate and agreed to take me in immediately even though I'm a new patient. I was greeted by very friendly staff when I got there. Then they did everything to calm my nerves before working on my 2 infected broken teeth. The entire staff is not only professional, caring, and friendly but proved they genuinely care for their patients. I'm so impressed with their services that I immediately booked my next appointment. I know I can trust them with my dental care.

This place is so nice and everyone was super friendly. I came in with severe tooth pain and I was scared but they reassured me. I don’t have dental insurance but I was given options that would help me out. I have a tough journey ahead but I’m glad I chose this practice! I highly recommend!

Dr. Britten-Fazzio has gone above and beyond to get my mouth happy again. It's been a lot of work, as I started with problems with my bite and with some teeth that were close to breaking off. It's going well and things are looking significantly better. The whole group is dedicated to getting you the best smile you may have. They are very friendly and really care about how things work out for you. I recommend them without hesitation.
