Dr. Vicente and his staff are the BEST! My daughter has autism and we have tried tons of dentists with no success because of her fears. I finally found Dr. Vicente and we are patients for life! He is so professional, kind and has the BEST bedside manner. My daughter now gets regular check ups without a melt down. We are forever indebted to him!

My very first visit today...I was very nervous going to a brand new Dentist office , however this turned out to be the best dentist appointment I ever experienced especially my dentist hygienist can't remember her name....African American Beautiful young lady made me feel so at ease....she explained everything in great detail to my understanding ... she was even better than the actual Dr. I would recommend this practice one of the very best! I felt very comfortable relaxed and confident

Dr. Vicente, has a wonderful team! From walking in the front door, the front desk staff communicate very well, and they make things comfortable for me being a new patient. The person who cleaned my teeth did above and beyond her job, because I never had someone take some much time, and effort to clean my teeth, and they feel so much better! Dr Vicente, explains everything needed, for me to get my mouth in order, and his pleasant at doing so! Great job, at Northside Family Dentistry!!! Oh and the office is extremely clean, and I felt as if I was right at home!

My hygienist Meghan was super gentle and talked me through everything...even though it was a routine cleaning that I had been avoiding for years due to fears of the dentist. No scary pokes and prods to find sensitive spots...top of the line imaging/x-rays showed any potential problem areas before I ever even had to say "aaaah." Dr. Vicente even smoothed out a bit of my permanent wire retainer that was bothering me. Definitely recommend & actually looking forward to going back! Thank you all so much!

As soon as I walked in the receptionist greeted me by name with a smile even though it was my very first time. The paperwork was not excessive and my wait time was less than 5 minutes before I was called back. The hygienist, Alexandria, made me feel welcome, comfortable, and did a thorough job. When Dr. Vicente entered the room he also greeted me by name and shook my hand. I was made to feel valuable by everyone in the office. I was also impressed by how clean everything was, especially the bathroom which is a pet peeve of mine. It was an excellent visit and I will be back.

Dr.Vicente is hands down the most professional dentist i have ever gone too. I have had so many problems finding a dentist that was truly about his patients. The office was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Everyone greeted me with a smile.

I had the joy of having John as my hygienist at my first visit to this practice. He made me feel completely comfortable and ensured that I understood everything that was happening.
