Northside Family Dentistry

My dad came here last summer for a cleaning and they told him he had a chipped tooth that he needed a crown for. He goes into the appointment and they tell him the tooth next to it needs a filling (it was perfectly fine). They start doing the filling for the second tooth, but said they need to do a second crown immediately. This was an extra charge that he didn't even have a choice for because they already filed the tooth down. My dad paid the extra anyways, and went home that night for one of them to fall out while eating. The next day, the other crown fell out as well. He goes back in 3 days later to get them fixed, and they put the same crown in without cleaning up the old glue. 6 months later, the first one falls out AGAIN. We decided to get it fixed with our relative in Nevada at this point. THEN last month, the other crown fell out again. It seems as though they did not do a thorough job, put my dad through multiple appointments, and messed with a tooth that he didn't even have a problem with. It is outrageous, we will never be coming back here again!!! He paid too much for all of this to be happening and wasting his time.

Northside has the most amazing staff there is! I had a full implant procedure done and they took care of me every step of the process. When I walk in it’s like I am visiting family. Everyone there knows me by name and they greet me with smiles and even hugs. I can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you so much Northside!

Dr. Vicente is an exceptional Dentist. His work is top notch but his patient interaction is what makes the experience at Northside a rememberable one. He makes you comfortable and that’s important when it comes to dental work!

John and Dr Vicente are both amazing. I had some bad experiences as a kid at the dentist and it hasn't ever really gone away. This is the first dentist where I actually feel very comfortable. The kind, calm, and professionalism is greatly appreciated from the moment I walk through the door. Highly Recommend

I called in on a Monday having some tooth pain. They were able to get me in the next day despite being fully scheduled..Once I was there the treatment i received from everyone was amazing. I ended up needing some teeth pulled and they were able to accommodate that as well. Have already recommended to others and will be back for more treatments.

Dr Vicente and his staff are awesome. I can’t say enough about how caring and professional everyone is that works there. I’ve sent a lot of my friends and co-workers there and they all have had wonderful experiences as well. I’d highly recommend Dr Vicente to anyone for their dental care.

I have been a patient at the West Ashley since 2015. The staff are fantastic and friendly! John always makes the time go by quickly when he is cleaning my teeth. And Dr Vicente is very knowledgable and professional. Any time I have had a problem Dr Vicente explains all the options and offers the perfect solution. I recently convinced my husband to go there also (he did not like going to the dentist!) and now even he doesn't mind going to the dentist. I highly recommend Northside Family Dentistry!
