Aspen Dental - North Charleston, SC

I have been coming to Aspen dental, myself and my special needs son for at least 8 years..I travel 15 miles to this clinic. Simply amazing amazing, every single person treats my son as if he were their son, my son gets all the attention...melts my heart. Ideal with cancer here and there so they are extra careful with my services... I give every single staff member a 10plus... They are amazing, such compassion, soooo caring...and again just the way they cater to my special needs son is so touching... 10...10....10....they all deserve a 10 plus...

We had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental on Rivers Ave! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, kind, and patient. Robin McMahan went above and beyond; she explained everything clearly, gave us all our options, and helped us make the best decision for our family. She even created a schedule to fit our limited time in town so our son could get most of his work done before we leave. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for professional, compassionate dental care!

This is a great location! The staff is very safe & friendly! Michala, Dr. Lauren, & Jermonica did a great job with taking care of me & letting me know everything that was going on! Definitely highly recommend!

Scheduled an emergency appointment for my spouse in the hopes of getting antibiotics/xray and scheduling an extraction. We received a call approx 10 minutes before our appointment telling us we wouldn't be seen because we'd scheduled as a new patient. Asked if we could do a walk-in because the appointment slot would be open, and were told the time was for new patients only. We left and went to reschedule and see if we could get an appointment for a different location. We were very careful to select 'emergency visit', and it stated that the same appointment time was available at the same location. Nowhere did it ask if we were new or existing. We called and let them know, and asked if this was correct and if we'd be seen or not. We were then told that online scheduling was for new patients only. I feel like there should be something on the site indicating that existing patients cannot schedule online, and there should be something clearly stating that walk-ins are also not allowed during certain times for patients who have been seen before. I understand that walk-ins are based on availability, but if there's zero chance of being seen it should be shown somewhere. I am incredibly unhappy with the service we received and the lack of communication on the company's part regarding these matters.

Everyone working there is super professional. The service is great, Robin with finance is awesome. Ms. Lauren, my hygienist, was so amazing, for someone like me, that is terrified of dentists, she made me so calm and reassuring, she is phenomenal!!!!

I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. If you are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable staff that truly cares about your needs, this is the place. They make sure you are happy and satisfied with their services. They will truly take great care of you. I had an amazing experience. Keep up the great work Aspen❤️

I switched to Aspen after visiting another dental office. The experience I had from check in to check out was absolutely amazing. I worked with Robin on the financial aspect of everything and she was so awesome. I definitely felt seen with such a stressful process. They made this easy for me. Thank you all!
