CBD Dental Care

I had a great experience! The staff is very professional and understanding. I had to call to get directions, etc. because I am new to the area. They were very patient h ne and I especially liked the "chair side" manner of the dentist. She put me at ease right away and explained every step of my treatment. I look forward to my next visit!

The staff at this CBD Dental are very friendly and welcoming. The practice itself is clean, modern, and well-organized. My dentist and the dental assistants are highly professional. They always explain everything clearly, take photos of the area that requires treatment, and never try to push unnecessary treatments. I feel very comfortable and well taken care of here.

Dr. Serpas is always professional and personable. He thoroughly explains each step of the procedure. The Dental Assistant was very sweet and helpful as well. Thee entire staff from the moment you enter the office until the time you leave are always courteous and extremely helpful. They get you in and out. I’ve never had a long wait time. If you need a Dentist who cares about your dental needs this is the office for you!!

Excellent experience! Highly professional, knowledgeable, and kind staff. Great routine dentistry and hygienist services. Special appreciation to Dr. Virginia Nielson for restoring my smile.

CBD Dental in New Orleans provided an absolutely exceptional and timely experience. Facing a sudden dental emergency that necessitated an urgent root canal, I contacted their office and was accommodated with an immediate appointment on the same day, notwithstanding the logistical constraints of the busy Thanksgiving holiday period. The attending physician and support staff demonstrated consummate professionalism and managed the entire procedure with remarkable efficiency. I have become a dedicated client and will unequivocally continue to endorse CBD Dental to all my relatives and professional acquaintances. - KJD, ESQ

Dr. Schmidt and his team always do a fantastic job! As an anxious person when it comes to the dentist, Dr. Schmidt and the staff do a great job of putting me at ease, explaining what they're going to do, and executing flawlessly. Can't recommend this place enough!

Lisette is the best hygienist! She has been keeping my teeth clean for 18 years! Dr. Schmidt fixed a problem for me on the spot so I did not have to return. I will miss Dr. Serpas but he is leaving his practice in good hands!
