Six months ago, I went in for an appointment to have a tooth extracted. Months later, I went back, they just took an X-ray, sent it, and I paid $140. The next appointment was scheduled for months later. I went again, and I was subjected to something that lasted three hours. I couldn't eat for two days. I was used as a test subject. I wasn't told to confirm the next appointment for a reason. I don't know why. I asked when they were going to extract my tooth, but the answer I got was, "We'll talk about it when the appointment comes." Of course, I didn't go back. I wasted three business days and $140. I don't recommend it.
Older male dentist over students on 2nd floor doesn’t wear a mask while he’s hovering over your open mouth speaking to students. All of the fillings I had done hurt for months after, which had never occurred previously. Had to go in multiple times to get work re-done by student. Heard numerous classist comments from students and instructors. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re in extreme pain or completely desperate.
The most affordable place to get braces for your kids. The wait is long, but the doctors are so kind and helpful. We have enjoyed our experience so far. I recommend to everyone!
I had an absolutely horrible experience. Not only did they not fix the problem so the horrible pain continued, I was sent home after having a molar tooth extracted with a prescription for ibuprofen…had I not had a history of arthritis and spinal surgery so there is a history of tolerance to otc meds (noted in my paperwork) maybe it would have been ok. But I cannot imagine anyone being sent home with just…ibuprofen for a tooth being pulled. It’s barbaric and inhumane.
One Star is too good for them, if I could rate the customer service it would be a -0. Who ever was working on Friday , march 7 , 2025 (front desk / female morning shift !!) ! . Was RUDE & helped me with NOTHING. I recently went to the emergency room and was referred to come to this place by document. I explained to the lady , I’m having really bad tooth problems that I can’t even talk or eat and the pain is unbelievable and she told me that I couldn’t get seen until April , mind you we are in march . then she told me that who ever referred me to them and I quote " didn’t know what they was talking about " she said there’s nothing she can do for me .. mind you I can keep going on how terrible this conversation went . overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE would not recommend..
Very good experience my son is young and needs oral surgery. Dr Park was awesome he explained everything to my husband and I regarding our son’s surgery. My only complaint is lengthy waiting time in the exam room. Other than that awesome staff.
This place is amazing. Everyone I've encountered is super friendly. From the receptionist on the 3rd floor, the lady who takes your payments even the young lady who is the security guard. They all put a smile on my face. The best is my dental student Hanin Haidar, she is so informative about everything she is doing. She answers a my questions in great detail and put it in terms that I can understand. She's gentle with my teeth and gums and I can tell really cares about me and my teeth. This place is such a blessing. Plus a bunch of the male students are super nice to look at. I couldn't recommend this place more!
