Fleur de Lis Dental Care

Booked online for a simple cleaning. Called several days later telling me the doctor was unavailable. Rebook for the following week. Day of visit is fine beyond the smell in the waiting room. A little a bit of a confusing handoff from person to person follows, but I get a cleaning and normal set of x-rays. The crazy starts post visit. 4 weeks after I visit, I get a post visit request for a 50 dollar co-pay. Then bill suddenly balloons to $350+ after running insurance two weeks later. Again for a cleaning. Not sure what is going on with this group. Do not recommend.

Only one staff member was friendly (LaTonya). I don’t recommend. After two months I’m still waiting for a refund on a service I didn’t complete due to a poorly made product that left me feeling uncomfortable to continue.

Avoid going here for sedation dentistry! On their website they make it seem like you’ll be placed in a "comfort room" where you’ll be taken care of. I was placed in a regular dental room with the door open so I could hear the person next to me getting their teeth drilled. It took 30 minutes for someone to finally come in and administer the pill that’s meant to help you relax. To my horror I felt around my mouth when I got home after coming to and realized only completed a small portion of the work was completed and they sent me home without knowing what was going on. To this day my partner still doesn’t know why they sent me home, he drove me home under the impression that the work was complete. I wouldn’t have even gotten a refund for the unfinished work if I didn’t call and ask. If you already have dental trauma, this place will just make it worse.

The staff is super friendly. I worked with Katelyn today on my Invisalign fitting. She’s very knowledgeable. Dr. Celino goes above and beyond above and beyond to make to make sure everything is perfect! I love it here! I will update with a photo when my work is completed!

For the first 20 years of my life, I went religiously to a different provider. I thought I was receiving excellent care. However, one visit to Fleur De Lis Dental 6 years ago really opened my eyes. From my very first consultation, I could tell that Dr. Aguilar and his staff were completely invested in my long-term oral health and aesthetic satisfaction. I always schedule appointments at my convenience, usually before I walk out the door from my previous appointment. My hygienist is always ready for me on time and with full access to any recent notes or complaints and my chart. Dr. Aguilar is efficient and available for questions/concerns. They have repeatedly made special arrangements for me when I've needed procedures. They hold me accountable, but treat me with respect as the most important participant in my dental care. In the event that I need specialists care, they've directed me to groups with whom they've built long-term relationships based on proven skill and best cost-based benefit to the patient. Since I've become a patient, I've recommended that my husband, friends, and family give Fleur De Lis Dental a try. They did not regret it, and neither will you.

Dr. Aguilar and his team at fleur de lis dental are so professional and caring. I highly recommend this dental practice.I trust him and his staff with my family.

The surgery it's self was fine but the results after care were horrible. I had an extraction and graft,. 2 weeks after I contacted the office &said I was in a lot of pain, they asked if I could come in immediately , I said I could in an hour. Their response was to wait a week and a half cause the doctor was going out of town and didn't stay til 4 pm that day. I got antibiotics from another dentist because I was in so much pain. I went in finally 1.5 weeks later, immediately he argued about asking me to wait until after his trip , then having the took an xray, (no ct scan of sorts, even tho it was mentioned ) poked my jaw and dismissively said , everything's fine "you're just clenching your teeth". Which I still denied. 4 days after this I went to another surgeon who stayed late , and who took a scan that immediately showed the bone graft was failing . He pulled pieces out of my jaw and now it is hopefully healing. This took a MONTH . It should have been a week or two. Not blaming for bone graft failure, because things happen . But everything else following I am. I told his staff about it via email, and wasn't even responded to.
