Avenue Family Dentistry

I found myself needing a new retainer without a regular dentist. Avenue was so great in fitting me for a temporary and long term retainer even though I was not an established patient. I quickly scheduled a much needed cleaning and now recommend this office to everyone. The dentist reviewed x-rays with me and the hygienist was very thorough. No one likes going to the dentist, but Avenue does everything to make it the best experience possible.

Great front desk support. Always answers the phone. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. Billing had never been an issue. Always a space to park in the back well. Dr. Perez is always in a good mood, friendly and very efficient. Everyone on his staff seem well trained and knowledgeable.

They are just absolutely wonderful here. I don’t have many issues so my biyearly visits are quick and easy while not feeling like I’m rushed. I am getting great care effortlessly.

I was running a little late less than 15 min. Called to let them know I was running 10 or so min. late. I was told to come on. Broke my neck from above Esplanade on Moss to get there arrived 12 min after 4 for a 4pm appointment. When I got there no one still said anything they were expecting me so they gave all the forms to fill out as I would be seen. Once finished I was not until then given the I was late spill. I was told they can only take x-rays and we have to come back to get my teeth cleaned. If I’ve been given this before, when I called, I would not not have wasted my time trying to get there and could have made an appointment for another day. This was very unprofessional and seemed as if they only wanted my insurance money and didn’t matter how inconvenienced me time gas wear and tear I could’ve finished what I was doing and not rush there

Yall need to have a dentist assigned to each patient. After every cleaning I’ve been announced "the dentist will now look at your teeth’s rays etc. Not once has any of your dentists introduced themselves by name.

All staff were incredibly friendly and professional, most especially the hygienist, Carrie. The office is spotless. The treatment room was very comfortable. I was treated with care. I'm so glad to have found a new dental office that treats patients so well.

Dr. Perez and Erin, my hygienist, were great! The place is very nice and they have advanced equipment to get your teeth as clean as possible. Erin kept me informed and comfortable with each step along the way. I’d definitely recommend Avenue Dental.
