My family and I have been going to Dr. Caywood’s office for years, and I can honestly say they provide the best dental care I’ve ever experienced. One thing I really appreciate? Their deep cleanings. My hygienist always checks in with me to see if I might benefit from one, and since I get one every 12 months (I alternate between a deep cleaning and a regular teeth cleaning every 6 months), I truly believe it’s helped me avoid gum disease and keep my mouth healthier for longer. The best part? The hygienists are so kind and gentle that appointments never feel stressful, just thorough and professional. Dr. Caywood himself is as skilled as they come. His chair-side manner seems almost innate (made sense once I found out his father is a family physician and he practically grew up at that practice). Dr. Caywood is completely up-to-date on all the latest standards in dentistry, but what really stands out is how precise and gifted he is in his work. Whether it’s a routine checkup or something more involved, I always leave feeling like I got top-tier care. I wanted a dentist that could do exceptionally great aesthetics and Dr. Caywood delivered. I had to get several things done and he suggested getting my teeth whitened before we proceeded, so we could match the color when my teeth were as white as possible. This is a major pro tip and Dr. Caywood can match tooth shades unbelievably well (I swear some dentists just don't even try). After the necessary work was completed, he got me on an aligner (like Invisalign) treatment plan and wow has that and the teeth whitening has made all the difference. BEST private dentist in the Kansas City area I've seen. If you want to invest in your dental work, Dr. Caywood is the only way to go! Thanks again Caywood Dentistry team.

As a private dentist, Dr. Caywood provides such personalized care that I feel comfortable bringing my whole family here. Another huge win was starting clear aligners (aka clear braces like Invisalign) with Dr. Caywood. I’d considered going through an orthodontist, but the process seemed long and complicated. Here, it was so much easier! The team walked me through everything, and the aligners have been comfortable and effective. No unnecessary hassle just great results.
