Dr. Carol J. Jones, DDS

I am from out of town and cracked a crown. I was able to find them quickly being able to accept my insurance and to get an appointment quickly. I found Dr.Jones along with her assistant very caring comforting and able to extract my tooth the same day. She was very easy to talk to and went over everything in detail. I feel very comfortable with the care I received and have already scheduled my next visit.

This office is the absolute worst. Dr Jones completely ruined my dentures from day 1 and refused to make it right and refund money spent out of pocket after having to go elsewhere to get new dentures made, correctly. Dr Jones thought it would be okay to attempt a 3rd try at my dentures just 3 days before my wedding and had the audacity to question why I would go somewhere else, and claim she wouldn’t refund me BECAUSE I went elsewhere for care…. Who wouldn't? She also said I left with my teeth, who wouldn’t? And what would she do with my teeth if I didn’t? Thankfully I was seen very quickly and also taken care of elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to my worst enemy!
