The Brookside Dentist - Hollie Flack DDS

I love Dr. Flack and her team so much! They provide expert dental care and are such kind people to boot. After a bad experience with another for-profit model KC dentist when I first moved to town, I was anxiously searching for a new provider. It was such a RELIEF to establish with Dr. Flack given her focus on quality healthcare and community dentistry. I feel so well taken care of at The Brookside Dentist!

Dr. Hollie Flack is the first dentist I've been to that I love. Her team is so lovely and make you feel like you matter. Hollie takes care of her patients and I even with a filling I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hodge and his team are amazing! They're professional, knowledgable, and friendly -- and they always make sure you're comfortable. I've been going here for years for routine care, and they always greet me by name. Highly recommend to anyone-- first timers to seasoned patients.

Hollie is an amazing soul, while my level of pain was at it's peak she was there to take care of me with the proper guidelines that this pandemic brought, her capability of then following up with a referral to the next day first thing in the morning with another professional even better, I got more than enough things to say regarding that day, but I can only praise her and her staff professionalism. Thank you for taking care of me when nobody will do.

Jay Hodge, DDS is an excellent and skilled dentist; and I am speaking from experience. Dr. Hodge was so wonderful to work with too. I'm proud that I worked with him for several years.. Dr is so kind and gentle with his patients. The office staff. includes his exceptipnal dental assistants, hygienists and the front office associates. They willl make you feel welcome and relaxed. The office is one of a kind,; beautiful with a calming atmosphere. Every patient is treated with respectful care. Dr. Hodge is a talented and gifted Cosmetic Dentist. He fixed my front teeth and I was elated how gteat my smile was. It's amazing how Dr. Hodge does it! I might add what a genuinelyy nice, caring, upstanding man he is. Always personable, honest and fair to everyone. You should go meet Dr Hodge and experience a great dental appointment forr yourself.

*Long term patient that was self pay and paid in full the day of treatment. After I received new insurance, I presented my card to Pam. My card clearly reads my insurance name, my company name, and my network name. Pam made no warning that they are out of network with my insurance. After calling and speaking to them about the matter I was told they would talk to Dr. Hodge and call me Monday. I called them Monday at 3.30 for them to tell me they would not write it off. I ended up pay slightly less then I was paying when I was self pay. When I made mention that I would be writing a review about my experiences, I was told in the nicest way it was my fault.

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, freaks me out everytime! But everyone here made it so pleasant, I felt at home and they made any nerves I had disappear! Would give 6 * if I could!
