Incredible service! I'm visiting Tennessee and had a minor dental emergency. They got me in within a half an hour of calling them! The office staff, dental assistant, and the dentist were all very kind and helpful. I was so impressed with them, that I wrote this review as soon as I got home. I have never had better service and I recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

Yesterday was my first visit to Simple Smiles. Upon entering the office it was clean and inviting. The receptionist was very nice . My wait time was was very little. Upon getting seated I as immediately greeted by the assistant and she began xrays she was very poliet and nice as well . Then I met with Dr. Carlile and she was friendly and thoroughly explained my options and what she recommended as treatment plan. She listened to what I wanted and she made a treatment plan that work best for me and my wants as well as what she felt was best for me . When i was checking out the receptionist took time to break down the payments for the next two visits so I could better understand what i was paying for out of pocket and giving me a total so as a single mom i can work the over time needed to pay for the bill and not be surprised with a higher payment at the time of appointment. I highly recommend this place as a wonderful personal or family dentist. .

Have always had a good experience at UDA, now Simple Smiles :). The receptionists are friendly and helpful. I've been seeing Dr. Lawson since he was at Colonial Heights Dental Group when he took over for Dr. Shepherd when he retired. He's up to date with new techniques and technology and has a great relationship with his patients. That's not changed since he moved to JC. If you live in JC and are need of a dentist, check them out! Highly recommended.

Receptionist always are rude and have no customer service experience. You never get a pleasant " hello how are you today " one time I called to make a appointment and instead of asking me my name they said...who is this "which seems very unprofessional or the guilt trip when have to cancel an appointment. One response I have been given is...."now that you have cancelled what is our doctor supposed to do in that hour" You may get a different dentist every time you go. Was once prescribed a medication that reacted to another I take everyday and made me have a seizure...the response I got was I didn't tell them it would react in a negative way and they have never heard of that happening. The doctor was aware of my meds and it is listed on my chart as well they just didn't take the time to research the effects. The dentist and assist always gossip while working on your teeth as well. I am currently a patient and after my last experience today I will not go back.

The receptionist is very rude, treats you as if she is doing you a favor ,even though you are paying your hard earned money for their services! The receptionist was so rude thought about walking out and finding another dentist! Otherwise the dental hygenist and dentists have always been very caring and nice!

Dr. Sara is the best dentist I've ever seen. She's kind, knowledgeable, and most of all gentle (I hate going to the dentist). Highly recommend her and UDA for your dental care.

They seemed so nice "willing" to work with you at first. Just needs a filling .so ok they worked with me to get the filling!! Filling came out not even a month. Granted they fixed it again still leaving my front teeth a lil crooked and one slightly bigger then other. Well I get real sick .months in hospital get out lil brown spots popping up on the tooth they fixed twice after calling about 2 months and getting talked down to by the b***h that answers the phone. I see John again well he said I need root canal and crown not even a yr after they said filling would last for a long time. He gave me meds said I need to get it done but of course I can't talk to Tonya the sweet lady that first told me yes we can help no prob..we understand and without talking to her I can't get help and her and John both knows I cant afford 2000 for root canal..i just Spent 8mo fighting for my life in hospital.but it's been 3 /4 mo now I'm still waiting on Tonya to get back from vacation..back from lunch ..she Had to run out back door when I was there umm I'll update u.. but if somebody else puts you in pain isnt it a personal injury case?? Hmm gonna have to look into that. They are not worth a star but you have to give at least one to post
