Awesome experience and phenomenal staff! My filling came out while flossing the day before my birthday on June 3 and I was quickly worked into the schedule and seen today to have it worked on. Thank you all so much for being accommodating and genuine! Most importantly I didn’t feel nickel and dimed! Love that!

⭐ Severe Warning: This office failed its duty of care after referring me to an oral surgeon who mistreated me. I am writing this as a formal warning to future patients. This dental office referred me to an oral surgeon who not only dismissed my severe post-operative pain but laughed at me while I was crying and begging for help hours after surgery. When the surgeon’s office refused to assist me, I reached back out to the referral source — this office — for guidance and support. Their response was alarming: They refused to help me in any capacity because they "did not perform the surgery." No triage. No clinical guidance. No concern for my rapidly escalating pain. No attempt to intervene or advocate with the provider they personally selected. This is a critical breakdown in continuity of care. When a provider refers a patient to a specialist, they hold a professional responsibility to ensure the referral is safe, reputable, and responsive — especially when the patient calls back in acute distress. To dismiss a patient experiencing severe post-operative pain, knowing the referred surgeon refused appropriate follow-up, is not only irresponsible but borders on negligence. A dental office should not distance themselves from the consequences of their own referral, particularly when the patient is reporting misconduct, unprofessional behavior, and urgent post-surgical complications. Their unwillingness to assist, advise, or even express basic concern left me without care during a critical moment. This is not patient-centered practice. It is a failure of duty, accountability, and ethical responsibility. For your own safety, I strongly caution you to reconsider trusting an office that abandons a patient in crisis the moment their referral goes wrong.

I would not recommend anyone here, my son was being seen here they checked his teeth done x-rays said everything looks great well 5 days later her developed a bad tooth ache and went back to these non certified dental assistants they said they couldn’t do anything my husband had to ask for antibiotics because there was a infection (fever) the only option was to get with the dentist when they would be in the office we got him into Martin dentistry they done not one but 2 root canals & crowns the money that we paid to this dentist office was pointless they done more harm than any help. I don’t want this review to drag on but my husband went here also absolutely unqualified dentist office.

Look at this awesome office!! So clean! Everyone was so friendly! I wish I remembered everyone’s names but I loved my doctor and everyone who I interacted with. They all wore masks and made the awkwardness of covid social distancing feel less crazy while abiding to our county’s regulations. It’s quite a large place with many rooms all separated and clean. I came in panicked about a tooth and I didn’t feel like a weirdo. They explained what was going on and gave me treatment options and listened to my woes. I don’t often write reviews but I actually had a really good time. I’ve NEVER felt so comfortable at a dentist’s office in my life and I’m one of those picky Ex-New Yorkers at times. I also got an appointment right away after calling about my teeth pain and scheduling follow up appointments was easy. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional but also just nice people to talk to. I’m very very happy 🙂

Absolutely love this office! The office itself is so nice, the ENTIRE staff are super friendly/Kind, always been sooo easy to work with in understanding our super busy schedule. We absolutely adore Dr.Burton! My teenage son is so glad to have a dentist office that makes him feel comfortable! Thank you!
