A+ Dentistry

My husband came last week to have a tooth pulled and my son came in today for a cleaning and both times the staff were great! Everyone is so friendly! They are by far MUCH cheaper than anyone else in the area. I also love how there are windows in the rooms..that really helps someone like me with extreme dental anxiety. 10/10

Dr. Was straight up rude! Wants me to lay back no biggie. Light is absolutely blinding me and he gets a attitude because I say something. Suggests I see another Dr. I just walked out! 2nd time I came to get my dentures both times the don't fit! 1st time they would fit in a kids mouth definitely not a adult. 2nd time bottom barely fit just lay on bottom top cant even fit in mouth want to try and force in mouth! Was Dr. Juanie. Don't recommend coming here at all at least to see him anyway. Rest of staff has been great!

Scheduling was no hassle, via text and documents sent electronically to register. Greeted with kindness. The assistant Penny was so sweet and gentle. Dr Fortin administered local anesthesia with ease and extracted my tooth quickly and efficiently! I have not had any discomfort or swelling. I was really hoping to establish routine dental care but they do not have a hygienist to do regular cleanings. It’s really difficult and disappointing that more offices are t available for Tenncare patients. Yet, I highly recommend A Plus dentistry

I was super nervous going in because in the past I have had a really bad dentists. The staff here are great they walk you threw the whole thing like they have been there before. All three lady's I met were top of the line very into there work with no judgement on what your teeth look like. Dr Cunningham is the best dentist I have ever had hands down no one comes close, all my top teeth were out in less then 10 mins guy is just that good at what he does very little pain when the stuff wore off. I would highly recommend him and his staff at any price there just as a whole that good. A++++++ Thank you for taking good care of me. (Update) Went there for my second time as always wasn't even nervous this time he did such a great job last time I was so calm this time and that is never me at the dentist but this guy is good took out 4 this time great as always will be going back to get the rest out soon. Ill keep you updated)

Inform you of wrong cost after you paid what they told you was owed then come back claiming they made a mistake that you must pay more. Also, do not go here seeking dentures, after extractions they do not care about your comfort level, they are not empathetic to the shear amount of pain a person is left with after having teeth removed. Would not recommend.

All in all, it was a fairly great first time visit. Although they were running about an hour late, the staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Humphries were very friendly and actually had quite a calming effect. I did need to have the treatment plan explained twice, but I think that comes with different learning styles and should not be criticized for that request. I would like to see name badges on staff as I did need to ask everyone's name as there were so many. The only other name I can recall at this moment is Penny. She was such a joy and has a wonderful energy about her. I'll be going back in a few weeks.

Dr Olson was super sweet! I have horrible PTSD from dentists she left me in charge of what I wanted done instead of just doing what she wanted. Penny was amazing all around as well, I know for sure whenever I'm scheduled there I'm making sure I have them both caring for me. I don't want anyone else other than penny and Dr Olson
