Sent me a bill showing I owed a balance but never received any bill prior or any showing my payment made. Told me they couldn’t send an itemized statement. Place is sketchy. And according to previous reviews they aren’t a very nice place of people. Also don’t bother sending a dismissal letter I won’t be back! Will also report to BBB. Also I just got the so called billing statement. They never did send an itemized bill but they filed my insurance on the amount after I made an initial payment not the entire amount. They obviously have no clue how to handle the business office. Then the comment they replied with they acted like a was stupid or something. I’m very familiar with insurance and filing and how all that works. They are scammers and try to seem like people are stupid.

Horrible experience! Do not recommend!! Don’t know how to submit claims properly so you’re left fighting it out with your insurance companies over who’s paying what. Also placed a broken crown on my daughter’s tooth and was unable to remove it to replace it with one that wasn’t damaged before installed and they were unable to remove it. Also said because of that the last appointment would be on them because they messed up the crown and then tried to bill insurance for it. Highly unorganized and rude on top of it! Use at your own risk!!! Update : Since you’ve now replied in a threatening manner I will be reporting you to the BBB as well. You guys clearly have other complaints on Google as well about work done as well as the unprofessional front staff. I’m done being threatened by you via phone call and now here.

I have been here for awhile but today was the final one for me, they talk inappropriately at cleanings amongst each other, the work they have done I have had to come back several times as it’s not done right, they have got the wrong tooth and didn’t even know which one they were suppose to be working on. They are very immature and rude. Do not recommend this place at all!

Always super nice and wait time is very short. Took less than 39 minutes to set my permanent crown. Love this place and all staff is great, they are super nice and treat everyone with respect!

I had my appointment at Iowa western dental today and was happy to say it was a great experience! I’m not done for my work getting a partial but it’s looking good for a positive outcome! Mr Ochoa

This office and all the employees are amazing! I haven’t been to a dentist in over a decade due to anxiety. They treated me so kindly and made the entire visit wonderful. 10/10 recommend to anyone ❤️

So glad to finally have found good, affordable dental care locally. The service was fantastic, and the care I received from Dr. Truong and Hannah in particular was amazing. Can’t recommend enough.
