New Image Dentistry

New Image Dentistry always does a top-notch job with scheduling, communication, explanations and calming of nerves during the appointment. The facility is clean, smells clean and there is always plenty of parking. I have been to two of their locations and they are so friendly and accommodating! They are the best of the BEST!

Always friendly, clean, modern, gentle, professional and thorough. The ability to make crowns on site while I wait is definitely a plus. At 72 years old I am grateful to have all my teeth (lots of crowns) and this place helps me keep them.

I had a lot of oral surgery and reconstruction done by Dr. Colin Dudzinski. He does fantastic work— beautiful, careful and meticulous. His nurse anesthetist, Jane, is marvelous.

Parking was convenient, the offices were clean. Friendly staff, dentist all business. This was my first appointment here. I had stopped by a couple of days earlier to set up first visit and provide insurance cards. Once in the dentist's chair staff reviewed my intentions there. She indicated I was there for a root canal BUT that was NOT the case. I was there for crowns. I have no idea where that came from. Dentist examined my teeth, asked for my cleaning schedule. I provided my previous dentists contact information so they could determine a date. Currently I'm waiting for cleaning update and to schedule that appointment. I'm hoping this dentist is better than my last which is the reason I stopped as a new customer. Isn't it wonderful to have CHOICES!

I’ve been going to the location off of Grover for awhile and loved all the hygienist. I switched to the Council Bluffs office due to moving and I must say huge disappointment. My hygienist didn’t say good morning, never told me what she was doing my whole cleaning actually she never said a word, didn’t schedule my next cleaning. She was also extremely rough while cleaning my teeth. The front desk was fine I had no issues. I did request not to ever have the hygienist again. I will go there for my next cleaning but if I have the same issue I will go elsewhere. I don’t expect a full conversation while you’re cleaning my teeth but some common courtesy and smile go a long ways!

The front desk ladies are so nice and helpful with the forms! We saw Dr. Richards who is very professional and caring for his patients. His assistant Ana was just as caring and so so nice. It was so nice she spoke spanish as well! My mom needed two teeth extracted and it was fairly priced and a simple process. Everyone here is very friendly and I would recommend if you’re needing dental care!
