My Pediatric Dentist

The location is easy to get to and they have a parking lot. They were very friendly and took time to get to know my daughter. Previous place I went to was quick in out bye! My daughter was nervous coming in but now after going keeps asking when is our next visit? She is excited to go again and did great!

First rate experience with an extremely sensitive eight year old girl. The staff was gentle and informative and made my daughter and her very anxious father completely comfortable. Strongly recommend.

Terrible experience.. first off they canceled our first appointment then they rescheduled it so we go to that appointment and get there and they tell me they need a different member ID number for our insurance company which I already gave to them. Then they proceed to tell me that they could see my children if I gave them money upfront for the visit or I could reschedule my visit after I drove 30 minutes to get there. And took the day off work. Beyond frustrating!! Also the lady helping us was very rude. I have not had good experience at all.

Was referred here by my son’s primary dentist and they got us in same day. The staff was amazing and they clearly explained every step of the process. My son was at ease and still loves the dentist!!! 😀

Super clinic. Wonderful staff. The doctor and medical staff are friendly and very competent. My daughter was seen from start to finish. I was constantly contacted, reminded about the surgery and asked if everything was okay. I really liked the attitude. I had a calm heart.

Great clean crowded every single time! They canceled my family for a no call I don’t even remember making in November. Because I have multiple children! Smh 😑 I know I didn’t go to the appointment in January but I thought 3 strikes nope because I have more than one kid! Bye bye! Be aware…

Beware!! My daughter's dentist claimed she had the beginning of a cavity and said it would need to be filled. We took her for a 2nd and 3rd opinion with two other dentists. They both said there wasn't a cavity and it just needed a sealant. We asked our dentist at My Pediatric Dentist, if she would be willing to change the treatment plan to the sealant and were told no. I just received a phone call from the office. We were kicked out of the clinic because we had the sealant done with a separate provider. It's concerning that this office is putting children through unnecessary procedures! Shared decision making is considered best practice. If you are looking for a dentist who offers treatment options and provides patient centered care, this is NOT the place for you.
