Bluffs Family Dentistry

Booked an appointment relatively soon because they had an opening from a canceled appointment, showed up and was told I wasn't on the schedule and they couldn't see me. I rarely get time off work and wasted a day off work for this.

Had the same experience as Jim Mahlberg- was a patient but due to circumstances beyond my control, am now considered a new patient which they are apparently no longer accepting. 🙄 This sort of treatment makes me a rabid anti-dentite!

I stopped in to make an appointment for a routine check-up. I hadn't been there for a couple of "Covid" years, which I'm sure they had others who did the same during this time. The gal at the front desk said I hadn't been there for 2 years and I said correct, I chose not to go during Covid. She then said since it had been 2 years they treat those patients as "new" patients and Dr. Cardenzana wasn't taking on any "new" patients. My wife also goes here so I was really shocked by this statement. I had been coming to Bluffs Family for a number of years and then get told this during a time when many people chose not to go to the dentist! The front desk staff are not friendly and sometimes I wonder if the dentists know this. They are representing the dentists which isn't a good first impression of the place. I turned around and walked out and literally went just down the street to Rensch Dental. The front desk gal was very friendly and got me an appointment with no problems. In my opinion my check-up went better than I've ever had at Bluffs Family. I told the hygienist that a cleaning hurts worse than a filling and she asked me if I ever had a hydro cleaning. I never had so I tried it and I will never go back to the "old" way like they did at Bluffs Family. All I can say is I was a bit upset to be told I couldn't get an appointment from a place that I had been going to for a number of years, but because of this I found a place that treated me like they cared about me. I will no doubt go to Rensch Dental again.

I've been a patient at this office since late high school when I needed a root canal and a crown for a broken tooth. Since then, I haven't had any issues with dental care, staff or scheduling. Everyone is incredibly friendly and willing to work to find a time that works for you, sometimes even calling to share of earlier appointments that have opened up! The staff is personable and the facilities are clean. I've recommended Bluffs Family Dentistry in the past and will continue to do so.

Great staff, very knowledgeable and caring. Clean, comfortable setting. My dentist understands how important my smile is to me and will help me with whatever I need to achieve my best smile. Easy to get to location, I just hop on the interstate!

They have been wonderful with my Son.

I am happy to have found such a nice Dental Office. Tara did a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Menke has the best bed side manor. He really seems to have your best interest in mind and truly cares. I highly recommend Dr. Menke, Tara and this office!
