I have been a client of this wonderful dental clinic for about 15 years. My whole family gets treated here. My latest experience was beyond amazing. I had issues with my gums and needed surgery. I was nervous about it. Dr. Fozylov, is an amazing periodontists. He is caring, diligent and passionate about his work. He made the whole process comfortable and effective. I needed a root canal and he referred me to a reputable professional. Lidia his secretary is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this dental clinic because they help you get the best treatment options possible.

Visited Hutchinson Metro Dental for an overdue cleaning and dental health checkup. Had a great overall experience. All of the staff, from the front desk, dental assistant, Dr. Yuri, and Lisa, the dental hygienist, were super friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Yui and assistant Nicholas were amazing! They fixed two cavities in just 20 minutes — totally pain-free. No wait time, super professional, and the whole experience was fantastic. Although they make a wonderful team and it was a great visit, I’m hoping I don’t have to keep seeing them for more cavities! 😅 Highly recommend this awesome team!

Today I had a dental appointment and it was the best experience I had. Staff was very professional and caring in every aspect. I saw Dr. Yeir Mullokandov,DDS , was very professional and informative in questions I had with my teeth's. He explained procedures for an implant / bridge and showed me how it would be done. He asked if I had any other questions or concerns before I saw the hygienist. My hygienist was Ella who was thorough in cleaning my teeth and very concerning to my questions and answered to my satisfaction. The front desk assistant Tatiana, was very kind and professional who explained my coverage from my insurance for implant/bridge. The place is very clean and its atmosphere is well lit. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. It has been years that I find a caring and professional staff members who are concern for your teeth, etc.

First time here. I was super nervous to come to the dentist after a few years but Lisa made me feel super comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease!

I had an extremely bad experience today at Hutchinson Metro Dental, mainly during the deep cleaning procedure. Ella was the person who performed my cleaning. She gave me around 15–20 anesthetic injections and was very rough, causing significant pain. Even after I told her I was in a lot of pain, she continued the same way without saying anything or adjusting her technique. The entire cleaning process was also very rude and unprofessional. I can think of two possible reasons: either she was in a bad mood that day, or her attitude became noticeably worse after I said I would not use antibacterial medication for now (since my insurance does not cover it). Her expression and behavior clearly changed for the worse. She also did not tell me my periodontal pocket numbers, even though she said she would after the cleaning. When I asked, she pretended not to hear me the first time, and only after I asked again did she respond — very impatiently and unwillingly. Overall, this was an extremely poor experience. Do not come to this dental office. The manager also protects the staff, so complaints are completely useless. They do not care about patient experience at all, and this kind of treatment can leave people traumatized and afraid to visit a dentist again. If I could, I wouldn’t even give this place one star — this is already the lowest rating available. The experience was truly terrible.

Front desk employees were helpful and informative. Lisa was a great help in informing me on my teeth and further protection. Jose did very well with the X rays.
