If I can give zero stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These people are scammers. When I was younger I had a front chipped tooth from an accident and I came here numerous times to have my tooth fixed. Every time the tooth would only last one or two weeks the most and the piece of tooth would fall off. It was literally like if they used Krazy Glue!! I had to spend several years of my teenage years with a front chipped tooth which was embarrassing!! All they care about is charging your insurance and overbook people. They don’t even care that the wait is 5-6 hours until they see you. If you are coming here bring breakfast lunch and dinner, you’re going to be here the whole day and night. My parents have also had bad experiences with this dentist for more serious things like crowns and implants. Like me they had to go somewhere else or even out of the country to get the job done for the second or fourth time! These people really don’t know what they’re doing and this practice should be investigated immediately. Ninguna bonita sonrisa

My girlfriend is a patient there and she's scared. They made her switch her insurance to one that they can bill. She says that they make you wait hours. I feel bad for her. She has to wait until they're finished with the whole process before switching back to her original insurance. 🙏🤞

The WORST place ever DO NOT DO NOT GO THERE they just take advantage of people specially the elderly people all they want is to charge your insurance. Also you last 5-6 hrs for an appt how you last more then 1 year to get implants and then say insurance doesn’t cover it do not recommend this place at all. I work at a dental office myself never heard of such nonsense having someone wait more than 1yr after having extractions done to get implants, when there isn’t any problem with the patient’s gums, jaw bone etc…

Would NOT recommend going here. They told my dad that his insurance would cover the dental implants. They took out all his teeth and now they are saying the insurance doesn’t cover it. They have also told him to switch to a different insurance multiple times which he has done but nothing is being approved. He still has no teeth and nothing is being done. Will definitely be going to a different place.

False claims made to your insurance with things that were not done. When you call to speak to the billing dept., you're told that she's not there, 3 - 4 times out of the week. I literally said to them "When does she work? She's never there!" You are sent to different locations that claim to not take the insurance but months later you have bills sent from your health provider. They try to get you to pay out of pocket instead of dealing with the insurance they say they take. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They need to be investigated. Very shady.

Oooh if I could give ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. It's unfortunate that this place is still in business. Here I am 7 years later and I have to get his mess corrected. Williams lied to me and told me I was getting an implant, but instead gave me a post and cap on the 2 teeth I had worked on. I now have to get those two retreated because they never healed properly at the root! This man played around with my teeth and submitted false claims for work that had not been done. Going to the dentist gives me anxiety because he botched my teeth and I had a terrible experience. Save yourselves the headache and traume...go somewhere else! I should've known better after seeing the pastellitos in the waiting room 🫠🫠🤌🏾

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place is HORRIBLE! They take advantage of people with medicare/medicaid. My grandma had been going here for the past two years trying to get implants done and these people have been BUTCHERING HER!!! I honestly don't think these people have legitimate licenses to be practicing! They have been deilling into her mouth putting in implants without any bone graft to support so every single one has fallen out and she goes back and they drill into her gums again and again saying that everything is fine that this is normal. Well we went to see an actual dental surgeon and he was appalled by the work done by this place. Nothing was done correctly and there were even implants put in that were not necessary. These people are SCAMMERS! When my grandma walked into the dental surgeons office for a second opinion the first thing she said was "wow, this place is so clean there is no blood on the floor." My jaw dropped. What kind of butcher shop is this bonita sonrisa place?!
