I signed up for a consultation years ago & till this day can not get over how bad I felt about myself after leaving this establishment! The dentist was more judgmental than helpful! I felt no compassion or care for the urgency of my situation! Insensitive comments were made as if I was not still in the premises! It took a lot for me to build the strength to go only to just regret it! I felt pushed to the side.

Had an amazing experience. All of the staff were very respectful and helpful. They made me feel really comfortable as for my nerves are really bad when it comes to the dentist. I got a wisdom tooth pulled and had minimal pain for the recovery.

Hi, I am so pleased with this clinic! First, when I arrived, everything was so clean and beautiful. The front desk ladies are so sweet and kind; they are ready to help you. Then, I was called in the back. The staff and the doctor were so helpful and nice; they took their time with me because I was so scared of the extraction. I didn't feel anything. I will 100% recommend this clinic to anyone; they are amazing!

Highly professional and helpful with any dental issues. They take time and care to help the patients. Went for a tooth extraction that could of been much worse if not for there help.

Everyone I met on my visit was so nice and welcoming! I'm deathly afraid of the dentist but this place took all that fear away. They were very understanding and talked me through my whole tooth extraction. I'm so thankful to have found this dentist office! I've been to so many and was left feeling unheard and cared for. Absolutely AMAZING staff and treatment. ALL of them were very helpful and patient. I got a root canal and Dr Santos and her assistant Priscilla were very attentive to my comfortability as well making sure everything was done correctly. I will be coming back again for sure!

I want to start off by saying I work in healthcare operations. I booked an appointment with this clinic because a family member had recommended the facility. Booking was easy and staff seemed friendly. When I got there, they told me my insurance was out of network, even though I had provided my insurance info upon booking. It was upsetting but I since I drove 40 mins to get there, I stayed. I asked to be informed of what I could possibly owe for an annual visit and before they could tell me that info, I was called into an exam room with a hygienist. Right before she was going to start the cleaning, I asked again, what will I owe. She seemed surprised that I wasn’t informed. She then opened the exam room door to have a full convo with the receptionist about my concerns, as if there wasn’t a waiting room full of people that could hear her. Total violation of privacy laws, but ok. The receptionist then stands at the door way, again in ear shot of other patients, and tells me the most I’ll owe is $20. So we proceed with the cleaning. In the middle of the procedure, the hygienist tell me they won’t have time for me to do X-rays or a have an actual dentist come see me. WTH?! After me repeatedly saying I work in healthcare management and this was not acceptable, they somehow found the time to do X-rays and have the owner see me. It was completely RUSHED but I will say the hygienist and the dentist were top notch so I let it go in the moment. They recommended a deep cleaning and I booked upon check out. Less than a week later I began to receive texts about an almost $400 balance I owed. When I called, they said the insurance hadn’t processed it yet. WHY ARE YOU SENDING ME BILLS TO PAY WHEN THE INSURANCE HASNT PROCESSED THE CLAIM?! After 4 texts about this, I called and the front desk assured me they would remove me from their texting services. 5 mins later I get a call saying I owe almost $100 for the annual visit. When I told her that the staff had informed me it would be $20 max, she said "well, we never really know". What kind of business is this? How deceptive and unethical. I cancelled my deep cleaning with them and rebooked it with a company in Westchester, NY. Within an hour of me speaking to the new dental office, they sent me text with exactly what I would owe for my deep cleaning. I will most definitely be filing a complaint with my insurance company and from the looks of it, there have been very similar complaints about billing, front desk and management. It’s a shame because the hygienist and the dentist were so nice.
