My friend (a long time patient) referred me to Dr. A ten years ago. Since then, I have been a loyal patient. During this time, he has displayed high professional manners and skill, in his dental practice. He attends to your dental needs and shows a level of empathy toward your discomfort or pain. He is genuine and always aims to please his patients. Dr. A gives you a treatment plan and fully explains how your dental coverage will work. Along with Dr. A, his staff is always friendly and welcoming. The office atmosphere is relaxed and the waiting room always clean and tidy. Dr. A is very accommodating when follow up visits are required.

Would not recommend this place. I chose it for convenience of location and insurance. I’ve been going here for 2 years for my biannual cleaning. Out of 4 appointments, 2 of them I waited 6 months just for them to call me the DAY OF 1 hour prior to tell me the hygienist was either sick or no longer works on that specific week day. I get it, life happens. However, they had upon notice or opening at 9AM to give me a call in advance for my 4PM appointment. Not after I’d already requested the day off or left work early for those appointments. I call back to reschedule to be put on hold for over 5 minutes, hang up, call back and they answer immediately with an attitude. The front desk is rude and unprofessional. The doctor at times has no interest for anything covered by insurance and always seeks out of pocket procedures. The hygienist however is nice, she’s throughout, informative and gentle.

This dental office is amazing, staring with Dr Aknouk, he is so very professional and very kind doctor, he listen very careful you concernings. All staff, staring at the from desk, are great and very helpful, they treat you as a family ..My experience it's graceful. I have recommended many friends of mine and they are happy with their work that been done..! Thanks to all❤️ I absolutely recommended!!

My insurance company gave me this office's number. When I came for my appointment, the staff told me that the doctor neither accepts my insurance nor straight medicaid! WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TELL ME THAT WHEN I CALLED FOR MY APPOINTMENT?! Such nonsense & unprofessional ism! I can't even afford to pay my rent now! Who will pay my warfare for coming down here only to find out that the doctor can't see me?! And then the staff ignored me when I complained! I have no more words but shame on them!

I was there to have a nerve removed from one of my teeth, and while the technician was working, I felt severe pain and moved. He then hit me on the chest in a bad way while uttering obscene words. I spoke to the doctor, and his response was very bad, saying that it was a very bad place.

Staff were very professional and polite. The receptionist were welcoming and helpful. Dr.Sameh handles his patients with care. His feedback is vary helpful and he makes sure to give proper recommendations and thorough instructions with the aftercare process.

I spent many years afraid to go to any dentist because of horrible past experiences within the American dentistry. ⚔️🛡️Dr. Sameh Aknouk is like a knight in shining armor. He has been sent by God to help me. Thank God🤲🏻I did enough research within all of New York City to find an excellent Egyptian dentist. Thought🤔 I had to get an airplane ticket to Egypt to find an amazing dentist. He did beautiful dental work, my new teeth look natural and perfect. To my surprise, I thought, I was going to suffer massive pain and the result was no pain at all. He worked with my insurance and gave me an excellent budget schedule to complete all work needed.🤗🌹🥰
