My experience with Smile Design Studio, particularly for a dental implant procedure, has been nothing short of excellent. Julie, Jen, and Jonathan are the dream reception team – always welcoming, incredibly organized, and genuinely helpful. They make scheduling a breeze and are very responsive when answering my many questions and requests. And then there's the clinical team. Dr. Michael thoroughly explained every step of the dental implant process, addressing all my concerns with patience. He made what could have been a daunting procedure feel smooth and manageable. Susie has been assisting Dr. Michael throughout my treatment and she is phenomenal. She creates a reassuring environment and they work together seamlessly.

I’m really disappointed with how this office handled a very simple request. I called over a month ago about getting a new set of retainers after completing an expensive Invisalign treatment. It took multiple phone calls and talking to several different people just to get my request understood. After that, I never heard back. I waited a month, then called again and was told someone would follow up — which didn’t happen. I called again the next day, spoke to two more people, and once again had to explain the entire situation from the beginning. There is clearly a lot of miscommunication within the office, which is frustrating, especially when it comes to post-treatment care that patients depend on. After the amount of money spent here, I expected much better organization and responsiveness.

I had the best service. They allowed me to come with my 10wweks old baby and everyone was hands on and amazing with him. They even gave me breaks in between to hold him. I’m so happy and grateful, my heart is so full. Thank you!
