Fusion Dental - Bethesda

The office manager can be quite rude, and several of the front desk staff don’t seem very knowledgeable. I had to ask the same billing and insurance questions multiple times before finally getting an accurate answer. The overall practices feel somewhat deceptive. I have dental insurance that fully covers routine care twice a year, yet the office continually adds extra services without asking for my approval or explaining the cost upfront, and then bills me for them afterward. This has happened more than once, and it’s very frustrating.

My experience at Fusion was very positive. The dental hygienist Larisa was welcoming and made the process as comfortable as possible. She was also knowledgeable as she clearly explained each step along the way and the plan for the future.

I have always had a great experience with Fusion Dental. From crowns to cleanings, replacing my receipts - they are friendly, professional and available. I highly recommend them!

I found all the staff and Dr. Subramanian to be very approachable, compassionate, very gentle, open, and extremely helpful in addressing my issue during the visit and during their examination. The use of the new technology certainly made the exam and work they performed efficient. Highly highly recommend! 😁 I went in for deep cleaning and 2 crowns.

My family has been coming to Fusion in Bethesda for 10 years! Their ethos has always been to provide the best possible care with kindness. We started here with Dr. Sullivan and stayed with Fusion as they transitioned to Dr. Tavakoli who carried the practice with charisma and authenticity until he found a wonderful party in Dr. Subramanian, aka, Dr. S. This place is where my three children love to come. The dental hygienists are so lovely and friendly, many of whom have been here for years and new ones who are equally wonderful.
