Customer service was very bad and they didnt know what I was talking about when I mentioned sangria wine, he was wearing a broncos sportswear sweatshirt it was unprofessional and he had unnecessary extra comments. I suggest going to VONS next door you can find cheaper and more versatile options.

I got to be honest my wife got so excited the moment she saw the name of this store. Her screaming: "The BevMo!" Me: "What's BevMo?" She took my hand and led me to the Liquor. How beautiful was this place.

BEWARE! The customer service at this location for delivery drivers, is one of the worst pick-up experiences you will have in the city of West Hollywood & LA County in general. I'm a local customer & delivery pick-up driver, in the area. Top Dasher with over 10,000 total completed deliveries (DoorDash & Uber), 5 star customer service & delivery rating. Veteran Platinum Delivery Driver. I've been picking up from this location for about 18 months now. THE SERVICE: Absolutely HORRIBLE. Whenever you ring the delivery pick up doorbell in the back parking lot, you'll get ignored 5-10 minutes minimum, and will be standing outside waiting with other pick up delivery drivers to be ignored. Once any employee finally decides to open the door. There's no welcoming greeting, not so much as a simple "hello", or basic communication skills, such as, "We're busy right now, we'll be right back with you asap". You WILL receive, unpleasant, annoyed, rude, dismissive, attitude filled workers & management. It feels like they literally HATE any & all delivery pick-up drivers. Regardless of how polite, professional, or friendly, you attempt to be with them. They'll either roll their eyes, sigh & not make eye contact at all, or just open the door, ask for the name, then slam the door in your face. You MIGHT get, your "order isn't ready yet" as their robotic auto response, before they slam the door in your face. Note* There's actually been SEVERAL times I've arrived to pick-up a delivery from this location, where the employees finally answer the back door, ALWAYS with an rude attitude, they'll (say) that your "Order isn't ready yet", and won't really even check thoroughly for your order for real. Watch Out Drivers*** If they don't like you for whatever reason, they are in a bad mood, or just don't feel like actually looking to try and help you fulfill the customer's order. Often times, your order will literally be ready, sitting right on the shelf behind the door, or sometimes, the employees will throw your box on the floor, right next to the back door, label and everything! And, just leave it there... To just have you waiting an extra, no exaggeration, 25-35 minutes on average. You WILL get, ZERO updates on your order status, communication on whether your order is being prepared, OR NOT! While you wait outside standing in the stinking back parking lot. The Parking: Huge issue at this location. They have pick-up/delivery driver signs at the back door. But, threaten to ticket or tow your vehicle if you park in the delivery pick-up spaces. So, I'm assuming, they'll profile you once you come back to pick up by the back door. If you look a certain way, you can park there (I guess)... 😡 They don't ask everyone to leave.... Just "certain" types of people... 👀🫵🏾 Good luck if you are my skin complexion. The only thing keeping this location in business is the location in the west Hollywood target plaza. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Warning delivery drivers*** It's about time someone tells the TRUTH about this bevmo. All these fictitious 5 star perfect reviews are fake and outright disrespectful to the neighboring community of fellow local customers that used to shop here. It's SAD.

Bevmo used to have amazing service prior to go puff. The employees at this place go out of their way to not help you. I've had about 7 classic bad experiences in a row to a comical citcom level. It's also really hard to order pick up here.

Always a funny clientele here as I think most people come for the prices and there always seems to be a spill or break making the floor a mess when I’m there - what luck! BUT the selection of liquors and mixes is good. Really represents the big names and the lesser knowns fairly well, plus if you want to try a new liquor without buying a regular size bottle that you might not like, they have a pretty extensive selection of single serves. I also like their glassware selection and the wine choices are solid if not exceptional.

It's a good choice, but the big disadvantage is that the application does not list vintage wines.
