Raya Skin Care Salon and Spa

Everything was great except the reception. One of them is not friendly at all. Not only she did not smile but she looks mad, not happy talking to clients. In my opinion, reception is the first door of business. She supposed to give warm welcome to customers. She might have a bad day. Again as I mentioned the rest is good. Natasha was very nice, gentle and polite.

I’ve been coming to Raya for years and I have to say I don’t get these skin results anywhere else. Ana is my skins secret weapon & the most amazing esthetician, so caring and thorough! She has my (& my husband’s) skin looking incredible for months. She also gives the BEST facial massage of anyone I’ve ever been to!

I’ve been treating myself to a quarterly microdermabrasion facial with Anna for some time now and I’m so grateful to be in her hands! She’s honest, delicate, and extremely attentive with her approach. It is clear that she delivers her treatments with as much love and she does precision. She is a kind soul who is superb at what she does. Thank you for taking the best care of my skin, Anna <3

I’ve been coming to Raya for about two years now. Natasha is my go to for facials and waxes, she’s amazing! Always have the best experience here, they never disappoint. They are the best priced spa in all of LA, as someone who has been getting routine facials once a month for over 7 years now. I have yet to find another spa that has better prices. Couldn’t recommend this spa more! Also, their products are amazing

I had an amazing treatment today at Raya facial lifting oxygen Carmella was amazing all the the ataff there is amazing I have been going there for over 10 years and always received great service and products

I have been getting my facial and micro dermabrasion’s here for at least 15 years. The level and quality of work they do is amazing. You also cannot beat their prices anywhere in Los Angeles. I highly suggest getting all skin care done here.

Update: I truly appreciate Raya Spa reaching out to me about my review and was very attentive and apologetic about my massage experience. They even gave me a gift card as well and applied to my account which was extremely nice of them. Thank you! This was my second visit and received the upper leg/bikini custom, and Nally was my esthetician for the second time. She's always such a joy and I will definitely continue to return. I also received the Swedish massage, with Lana. I almost told her to just do medium firm, but I'm glad I didn't say anything bc the massage lacked in many areas. She continued to lean on the massage table which moved it and disturbed me trying to relax... when she leaned she would only use one hand to massage me, then took two breaks during the massage to open and drink her sparkling water that fizzed each time she opened it. Lana was pleasant enough, but would have liked the experience to have been better. Especially when I hadn't had a massage in 7 yrs and needed it so badly... unfortunately I was disappointed. My body doesn't feel any relaxed that before my service. I still gave a small tip bc as I said, she was very pleasant ☺️... however, my massage wasn't.
