I had an amazing experience with Krittiya. She was very helpful and acknowledgeable. It’s super hard to find great foundation/concealer that works for my skin and also match. She did amazing job walked out with so many great products she recommended. She took the time to explain and also helped me in other areas of the store. Def look for her for any help.
So I went in as a dad getting perfume for my kiddo and they definitely did not disappoint. The nice lady who helped me was fantastic and made me feel welcomed. She explained that the perfume had patchouli in it which is old hippy stank but when your daughter wants it, ya do what ya have to do! Thank god for all the lovely perfume scents in line to check out because I was caughing up patchouli, blech! Anyhow, 5/5 stars would absolutely do it again, due to the staff! She was my age and pretty which really helped me get through the cloud of self induced hippy stank. Not sure why I have to upload a photo so here's a picture of a dog, Lenny.
I was hoping to find a new foundation since my Armani one has been discontinued but the 3-4 people in the front must of had a very important conversation going amongst them since they were too busy to offer any type of help. What a waste of time...mind you, only 3 customers total around 6:45pm and quite a bit of workers. Perhaps they should be reminded that helping customers comes first. Heading to Dillards, thanks for absolutely nothing!
I normally don’t give reviews but I was in the store yesterday and I found the sales people very unhelpful. They did not seem to care. I felt very brushed off as if they were super busy and they were not at all. I asked two different associates for some direction and nobody offered any help. I actually got tired of looking for help and trust me there were enough sales associates standing around. The gondolas were sloppy as well. Nobody looked happy either. I work in retail sales and that would never be tolerated. I will add that the door greeter was friendly but overall I did not have a good experience. I felt brushed off. I generally don’t complain but I felt it was important to make them aware so hopefully they can pull it together. I’ve been a Sephora customer for many years at different locations and honestly feel overall it’s not the same company I used to shop in. Overall a disappointing and frustrating experience. I live close to this location but will probably start going to the newer location which is further from my home.
I’m adding an extra star to my review because, overall, the staff was friendly and there were no other issues during my visit. However, my checkout experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the cashier. Despite the store not being particularly busy, the woman who assisted us (a middle-aged employee with long dark hair and glasses) was noticeably rude. I felt rushed during the transaction; her tone was snarky when asking for my card, and she avoided eye contact, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Even a simple request for a paper receipt was met with what seemed like annoyance, as she directed me to an email receipt instead, even though paper receipts are available. I hope management will address this employee's attitude to ensure all customers feel valued and respected. A positive checkout experience is crucial for repeat business.
I was shopping. It was very crowd lots and lots of people. However, customer service are amazing. They pulled me aside and I did all my shopping with one person. If you pay with credit card they take you a separate and you can do everything faster!
Every time I've been here my (child) daughter and I have been followed around like thieves...makes it very uncomfortable to shop around. I'm a rouge member and now prefer the Kohls location or strictly online due to the staff here.
