Came in to get a few things and instantly the older black lady was looking at me and my daughter funny. I just kept catching her stare at us and look at us with a side eye but she didn’t say anything I looked at her and she began to follow us. My daughter touched a wig and she said something so quick so I asked her did she want to say something as soon as we walked in she said if I wanted to say something I would poor customer service needs an attitude adjustment people spend great money for products this shouldn’t be what they get at 9am when they are looking for stuff.

I came here a few days ago and felt like I was a criminal. Three store employees followed me and my kids as we shopped. As I picked up a pack a hair one employee snatched it from me and took it to the cashier. Employees standing by the door watching your every move is just ridiculous. If you're that worried about potential thieves then you need to close and sell items online. It's a shame you lost a long time customer and I will tell EVERYONE I know NOT to spend their money here!

I was contemplating whether I should write a review on this store. My daughter and I were looking for hair when a short black lady who works in the back rudely said, "Excuse me." My daughter and I exchanged looks, wondering what her problem was. She must have known she was in the wrong because she started to be nice, asking if I needed any help. I'm not sure what this woman's issue was; I never really cared for this location and won’t be back.

I love this Mid K!!! They have good customer service at all times even after hours they don’t kick me out!!! The prices are reasonable so I can’t stay away!!! Thank you all for treating me with kindness and respect no matter how many times I come in. I really appreciate you all!!! Thank you for helping keep me beautiful!!! 😻

In the world we live in; with racism on a rampage, I find it very disappointing and unsettling with the younger black security guard that which works there. This young man has a very nasty disposition. It seems to be geared towards the black women who patronize this business. He’s not welcoming but rather cold and gives off an aura of disgust for what appears to be towards the customers or just in general for the job! Not proud to call him one of us👎🏽
