SEPHORA

I was helped by Naz at the Hildale Sephora, and she was incredible. I was looking for a new perfume and shared examples of scents I enjoy, and she was so patient as I explained what I liked and didn’t like. She truly listened, and not once did I feel rushed. She suggested the new Freedom Musk line from Kayali which I definitely side-eyed because I’ve never liked anything from that brand but I ended up falling in love with it. I was genuinely shocked she found something I loved from a brand I usually avoid. I also have sensitive skin, and she thoughtfully pointed out soothing products that would work well for me. Such a great experience thanks to her!

I admittedly get overwhelmed at Sephora. I had tried a few products that didn’t work. I was unsure of the return policy - looked it up in parking lot as I was headed to the store. Thirty days. Very reasonable. I was past that but it was an honest mistake as I do not frequent Sephora. With the extremely helpful employee JENNIFER - I was able to find some other items. Jennifer could not have been more pleasant, helpful and easy to communicate with! I left with some great new products and I would ask for her again when at Hilldale Sephora. They are lucky to have her - it is a lot of product to know and manage well! Thanks for your time and patience!

I was helped by Luz to find a shade match etc, she was so kind and helpful! She helped me find and recommended me products that worked for my skin. I could just tell she was so genuine💞!

Okay, it’s been a while since I visited the store(around 1-2 pm on May 10, 2025), but I can’t let this experience go. I had a very uncomfortable interaction with a cashier with long black hair and glasses (I’m not 100% sure though). She repeatedly asked me to repeat myself, saying "What?" to nearly everything I said. This made the conversation very stressful and frustrating, and her attitude felt dismissive rather than helpful. I was very disappointed with the customer service and, unfortunately, I don’t plan to return to the store. This experience also negatively affected my overall impression of Sephora.
