I recently visited your store in search of hair clips and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received from Tonya. She warmly welcomed me to the store and took the time to show me where the clips were located. What struck me most was Tonya's friendly demeanor and willingness to engage in conversation. As a newcomer to the city, it truly made a difference to meet someone as kind and approachable as Tonya. Thank you for providing an outstanding customer experience. My experience with this business is the business doesn’t have a quality selection of braiding hair and hair was over priced. The boho hair was priced at $24.00 for a small pack the same hair online or chi-town is under six dollars. The three pack of pre-stretched was $6.00. The same hair online is $3.00. Really we are being robbed with our eyes open. I needed the hair for tomorrow morning but I will never shop there again or recommend it to anyone. Try Amazon, Savanna Beauty Supply or Samsbeauty.

Don't be quick to judge. Some people might not like this place, but once you get to know the employees, you'll find they are fantastic to work with. They are super helpful and always go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need, especially the young lady who works there. Once you get to know her, you'll find it hard to go anywhere else.

Should have read the reviews before coming. Came in for specific items and I guess I was looking around for too long??? (I was there for 5 minutes???) Guy asked what I was looking for, told me they had what I needed at the counter, rushed me there and then quickly checked me out WITHOUT the item. Racial profiling in a BLACK BEAUTY SUPPLY store is gross. I went down the street to another store instead and had a lovely experience

Went into this store about a month ago, for lashes, lip gloss and stuff for my locs. I noticed a guy standing at the front door but when he saw me he quickly went in at first I was comfortable walking in there but then noticed he was following me around the store I assume to make sure I don’t steal anything. At first I didn’t think anything of it until he was popping up at every aisle I was in. And even staring me down when I went to go purchase my items. I encourage every black person to not shop here! Because evidently they racially profiled me. I shop at a black owned business now. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

Honestly, I’m disappointed with the customer service here. It seems like they just like to stare at you until you are stuck and need help. When you need help and ask for it, the sales girl seems to approach with a negative attitude. The store owners or managers can certainly do better! I still go there and typically wander the isles till I find what I’m looking for by myself without asking for help so that I’m not irritated as much.
