This is the only place that I go to for all my hair needs, and with myself and grandkids all being natural I find great deals for our hair supplies. Plus, they don't follow you around the store and treat you like criminals

I've been buying my mens products here since I've moved into the neighborhood in 2018. Now you have these two working here (morning of Sunday may 12), not wanting to help anyone and being rude to boot. You work in the hood and have bad attitudes? Great business plan... There's plenty of other places to buy like Amazon!

Terrible customer service on the phone I called 9/7/24 at 5:46pm and the person that answer just said " no we don’t have that " didn’t check .. no other suggestions. Didn’t let me know what they had in comparison just no 😂 definitely won’t bring my money here. Hire better/helpful staff please

It was a very nice, professional experience in this store. Customer service from both beautiful queens was very helpful, they were understanding and patient with me, I would go there again. They help me with a concealer that matches, something I have been looking for, for many years now. Thank you both so much. Happy Customer 😊

There service is always on top from the time you walk in while you shop and then checkout the prices are slightly high could be a bit less to sell more off the shelf

Clean wide variety for African American products. Great customer service . I swear I wish I knew her name but she's african American and wears glasses. She's great , patient and very helpful. The guy is nice too. Prices are fair . Only beauty supply I go to in this area

I needed hair in a hurry and the ladies helped me out . Pretty good selection and more than fair prices plus some nice deals. They accept cash and cards EBT cash too 🤑
