Bixby Beauty Supply

Asked them if I would be able to make return before I made purchase. They told me as long as package wasn’t open open it would be fine. Ended up not needing it(replacement blade for clippers) went to make return(package not open) they changed their mind. Bad business

I just started going to Bixby Beauty Supply because they carry a variety of Satin hair color. A beauty supply that is closer to me used to carry the specific color I needed, but soon stopped stocking that color. This store was the next closest and stocked the color I was looking for and offered more color varieties. So far, I haven’t had any issues. Whenever I purchase hair color the cashier always gives me a plastic cap and rubber gloves. On other occasions, I’ve gotten free samples of various hair products. I would have added photos but there are quite a few already posted, you definitely get the picture…no pun intended….

I come to this beauty supply often. Today I rushed over after work because they supposedly close at 7pm. I arrived at 6:52 the metal bars were completely pulled out and lights off. I see the girls and I knock on the window the girl behind the cashier says "we are closed, my register is shut down. We have to be out of here at 7pm" I have never seen a business shut the register down and close the doors before their listed closing time 😡 They clearly need to up date their hours and I won’t be back due to the lack of customer service. Horrible

Do not go there!!!! I went to buy a color remover for my daughter’s hair and ask for help from the employee/manager and got what she recommended. Came home and followed the instructions and turned out that the products Started smoking and burning my daughter’s head we rushed to the bath to get it out, and it turned out it bleached my daughter’s hair. I reached out to the employees and the girl said That they they only do Recommendations and there’s nothing that they could help me out with. I told her why do you recommend when you’re not hairstylist and she said that’s why they only recommend she was very rude and then at the end hung up on me not wanting to give me the owners number so I can report this. This is unfair now I have to spend money to take her to a hair salon.

The women who work here are really nice. Store is clean and stocked and clean. Good location.

Store is very organized and spacious compared to some other beauty supple stores. Some things can be a little hard to find and pricing (while not super obvious) is quite reasonable. Excellent products.
