I called and scheduled both my daughter and myself a haircut with Rodnesha and let me just say, the quality style cut she gave us both was TOP TIER! We will definitely be back again and again and again!!! She was just the kindest with the sweetest smile❤️There was essentially no wait time. She got in there and did her thing and had us out looking refreshed…very quickly!! All of the young ladies there were friendly! I love me a friendly atmosphere!!

Went into Ulta in December to treat myself with good foundation (since I never do) and was helped out by a sweet employee. I think if I remember right her name was Kayla she had bright orange hair at the time. Anyways… she helped me out and listened to my concerns I had. She color matched me on the first try, and although I left there without the foundation because they were out of my shade I still felt very content with the customer service I received. Thank you.

Abby customer service great and she did a great job defining my eyebrows. Abby deserves a 5 stars alone. The reason why I’m giving it a 3 the cashier left in the middle of my transaction to go help someone else. I was standing there for a while another cashier had to came over and finished my transaction after she was done with her customer. I checked my receipt and was overcharged for a service I didn’t even receive.

The girl that waited on me was so sweet! I got this beautiful eye shadow palette by Morphe and love the colors in it. I also bought Redken shampoo and conditioner, primer spray for the face, and got a free bag with it that had clininque products in it. I love Ultra. They always have a great variety of products!

Best Ulta I have ever shopped in. Helpful employees. Very nice. They asked if I needed help. I was surprised. Pleasantly so. This was the first time I had ever been in an Ulta store where the employees weren't uppity, snooty, and usually ignored me. I had dreaded going in the store but I'm so glad I gave it a chance. It was a very pleasant experience and I felt welcome. Thank you! I'll shop here again

The people who work there are awesome--maybe a little more than Publix, if that's possible 😊. They WANT to make your life easier. Amazing! They had everything I wanted
