Merle Norman Cosmetics Studio

I have used mearl Norman for 25 years and love it but this Dothan store is the worst store ever, for as long as I have used this make up if you don't like the product you can return it but I think this store makes the rules they want to do I walk in the store and asked if I could return this lipstick that's I really just do not like it on me so she said as long as it's been within 30 days I said yes I just bought it last Saturday (which was 6 days total that I had it) so then she said on well we can't give you your money back because you paid cash for it but I can call and ask my boss so she did and I guess she told her no so she said we can put the cash on your account and you can use it next time you come in and I said but that means I can only use it at this store right and she said yes, well I will never be back to this store so no and I don't trust y'all now to even know that my money would truly be there so NO . I have never heard of someone not returning your money if you are truly not happy with a product only if you paid cash even though I had a receipt so I may just change from ever using Merle Norman all together. But look at the bottom of the receipt it says refunds and exchanges within 30 days or no problem checks require 3 weeks for refund will I paid cash.

Love using their makeup. Wish it was a little bit cheaper but still willing to purchase it regardless of the price because in my opinion, the product is worth it. Especially love the foundation and powder. The staff are always very knowledgeable of the product and always so friendly!

Wonderful! Always fun to go into the store. Victoria is fantastic. Got the eye liner and mascara I needed along with a promotional gift.

These ladies are WONDERFUL. Didn't have what I needed, but went above & beyond to send me out as a happy customer.
